They did an oil change on my car and the check engine light came on. To it back and they said it would go off in a couple days, never did. Took it to a different mechanic and they said they used the wrong oil type for my Mercedes. They put the right oil in and the problem went away. Could’ve really damaged my car and I had to pay for two oil changes.

Went there for smog check, didn’t pass, cause engine light on, they let me know, I don’t pass when I ask what’s wrong, they say need to run a diagnostic, how much 150$ after paying 59$.. 10 days to fix problems whatever they are..for smog check to not be charged again. just some nit pickers. And I go to work and at night, I notice my left headlight out. Can’t just accuse them but got an oil change a day before and my lights were all good. I don’t know, just giving my honest feedback n experience.

SCAM! Going to call the BBB which was actually recommended I do from another shop. And call my credit card company. I took my 2013 Civic Saturday morning. Got there within an hour of them opening for a brake and light inspection. After 3 hours of the car being there they said I didn’t leave the keys (okay my bad) so I take 25 mins to come down and drop them off. At around 3:00pm I noticed there was no call or anything after my car being there 7 hours at this point. I call them. Steve the mechanic starts telling me all the problems my car has and immediately is ready to quote me because I didn’t pass the inspection. This car had the inspection done in January.then the car Sat and was driven maybe 60 miles and then taken to this shop to redo test only . He gave me the list of items that needed repair but it was hard to believe after 60 miles all these failures happened, especially the stabilizer bar issue he claimed. So irritated I pick it up and Steve continues to tell me he isn’t there to make money (seriously he repeated this so many times), I guess he works for free??? The entire exchange was horrible. I paid 295 to be scammed and he told me 10 days to fix and he’ll retest for “free”. Well today I went to another shop because I couldn’t stand taking my car back to these thieves and I doubted every word from Steve…. I didn’t fix a thing, didn’t say a thing. And passed the inspection, just got off the phone and told the guy what JJ auto service said. He immediately told me he will take pictures and to contact the BBB and my credit card company.

They left a big nick-scratch on my bumper right before the tailpipe. Whoever was inserting or removing the emission device that's inserted into the tailpipe was careless. I understand my car has chips but the nick is too big to go unnoticed. I've been to several smog checks prior to them and the nick wasn't there until after bringing it to them. I emailed JJ and was told I'd be given a call back the ff day- but that was a week and a half ago. The bmw i brought to them is considered a classic and anyone would find this an utter carelessness. Its a project car that's driven less than 500 miles per year and usually covered as seen in one of the photos. But hey, since it's not theirs, they can just carelessly scratch it. In addition, i still haven't gotten my registration sticker after passing the smog since they sold me and installed a new catalytic converter. All i really need is just a touch up paint worth $30-$50 and for them address this concern as he stated but looks like it's not important to him or any of them.

I took both of my pick up trucks for service, to replace AC belt, throttle belt, replace rear main seal and gasket, replace oil pan gasket, remove and repair shift gear, replace spark plugs, replace wiper blades, brake fluid, flush power steering fluid, etc. replace rear brakes replace front wheel bearings and rotors. “Mr. JJ and his employees did an outstanding job” on both of my vehicles. “Mr. JJ is a very honest” and a wonderful person who takes care of his customers. I am very happy with the work that was done on my trucks. “I highly recommend this place”.
