I went to this car shop January 27th I told them that I had a leak coming from my transmission. The guy said that it was coming from my cap and that it just needed to be clean. I said there’s no way because I’ve been driving it and when I turn my car off, you can see the fluid coming out. He told me to drive it around for a little bit to see If the fluid was still coming out, which I drove it around. I came back, told them that I still have the problem so they put it up on a ramp. I live like four blocks away I have a 2012 Chevrolet Cruise So I came back a couple of I heard them hammering something on my car. That thing is they didn’t even tell me what they fixed. The owner asked me when did I fix my transmission lines I have fixed them two weeks prior to coming to them. The reason why I went there is because I seen the reviews and I was saying nothing but good things. So I came back around the time they close and I was looking for the guy that worked on my car Finally, as I get inside the shop a little bit I see my car with the tire off about a couple minutes later the guy came in, smiled at me and said your car is. The first thing I asked them there’s no more leaks right he said no more leaks. I trusted this dude because you seem like a mechanic, but my thing is he didn’t even drive my car or anything To really see where the leak was coming from I asked him how much he said 150 so I gave him the money and I asked him one more time I said so you’re sure it’s no more leaking He said yeah. So I drove it to the store went to go get some gas and then back home. I have work in the morning so I got ready got in my car. I drove it up just a little bit to see if it was still leaking and it was still leaking So I just wasted $150 for the same problem that did not get fixed at all. These people are horrible. The owner told me to buy three bottles of break spray. I did so at the end of the day I walked out of there with waste of time and waste of money. I would not recommend this shop to anybody

Life Saver & I mean IT‼️ I accidentally added a diesel in my car and it ceased functioning after I left the gas station. I had to find a life saver who can assist me to be back on the road, I then found JM Auto Repair on Google (which is highly recommended by other customers) which made pick up my phone and call them. The receptionist was very professionally helpful, guided me through and helped me found their location. After I arrived at the garage (JM Auto Repair) the manger and owner of the garage welcomed with a big smile and asked me to explain what happened to the car, I explained the incident and he nicely said “We will handle and fix it as soon as possible”! He then asked one of his employees to take good care of the car while he was offering me some nice cold water and a clean chair to sit. Price was very reasonable, professional teams, welcoming environment and very importantly best mechanics in town. I highly recommend you JM Auto Repair and I guarantee you, you won’t regret it‼️ Thank you so much Mr Jamal the owner and manger of JM Auto Repair for your wonderful hospitality and professional service.

I had a BMW that was giving me major issues with the timing chain and engine misfire. I took it to the BMW dealership and they wanted to charge me more than $7000 to fix , but thanks to JM Auto Repair, not only did he fix it for less than half the price including all parts and labor, he did it in a convenient and timely manner, and it’s been 2 years my car has been running great since. I visited JM Auto Mechanic today for a complete brake job, and I was absolutely impressed! I had the brake pads, rotors, and calipers changed on all four wheels. This place does not deserve the reviews it has. A friend of mine, who recently moved to this state, brought his car here after trusting what he read online. He was only looking for a diagnostic since the car suddenly stopped working. From the very beginning, there was no clear communication about prices, fees, or any diagnostic cost. Nothing was explained upfront. After the diagnostic was done, he was given a repair quote that he simply could not afford. When he informed them that he decided to take the car to another shop, the situation immediately changed. The owner became hostile and demanded $700 for the diagnostic, stating that the charge would only apply if the repair was done somewhere else. This fee had never been mentioned before. What made things worse is that they refused to release the vehicle unless the money was paid. This felt like being pressured and taken advantage of, especially since my friend is new to the area and unfamiliar with how things work here. On top of that, they only accepted cash payments, which raised even more red flags and made the whole experience feel unprofessional and suspicious. Any reputable repair shop should clearly explain costs before doing any work. That did not happen here. This was a stressful and unacceptable experience, and I strongly recommend others be cautious before bringing their vehicle to this place.

If I could rate 0 starts I would do it, A good friend brought his car over, this person is new to the state and he just followed the reviews, unfortunately his cases was very different to what reviews said, He brought his car for a diagnosis because it stop working, it was only diagnosis you know this is a free country and if you don’t like the place and want to do the work in another place we can do it, when he tried to let them know “hey I change my decision I’m going to take it to another place” mostly because he didn’t have the money to do the repair in this place, the owner of this place become really rude and start charging him $700, just for diagnosis but “if he decided to do it here it would be just what he paid for the repair. If this was a responsable person as soon as my friend brought the car over the place he had to put all the statements as: price for diagnosis, and this person never did it, just as soon as my friend let him know hey I can’t paid for the repair is when he stated that he had to pay him $700 or the car would stay there, Again I never came to places like this one but were I take my cars give you all the details of what there are going to do plus the prices of everything. This place very sketchy they even are asking for “cash” no even card? Why only cash? This made everything more suspicious and complicated. Also they would charge $40 per day that my friend did not took out his car of the shop, I understand they aren’t a storage or parking but they did no even gave him a receipt of what he paid, we would look forward to the authorities because is even dangerous for innocent or naive people that just follow what the reviews said because sometimes reviews are even fake ones, I can’t believe it has 4.8 starts when they are very rude people and don’t even have a good costumer services. This is unacceptable and I hope nobody else falls in this place.
