Excellent service! Needed a nail removed from my front passenger side tire and patched. They took care of it right in front of in about 30 seconds. Only charged me $10 for the service. Amazing job guys. Had to leave a $5 tip because I was so impressed with how easy this was. Highly recommend this location 👌

I had brought my car to have 4 tires changed and they removed all my tire sensors and the car went into limp mode when I approached them with the problem they covered the cost of mistake no questions asked. Furthermore this is the 6th car I’ve brought here. The service is always fast n they have always stood behind their work. I’ll continue to bring anything tire related to them. Hands down the best tire service I’ve had. FYI I drive mustsngs Camaros and chargers all tire spinners so I go through tires nonthly

Customer service is great and the place is very clean. I wish they could of checked the air level in my tires after they did the brakes and rotors, but other than that it's a great place.

I’ve been going for Tires used for years in Rhode Island several different places. This is by far the best prices best experience and most honest. As an old mechanic, I would 1000% recommend this place. I have two other cars that need tires and I’m bringing them here next week

Unfortunately, my experience with this car repair garage was very bad. The repair took a very long time without a clear reason, and in the end the car was not fixed properly as the same problems remained. The price was very high compared to the service provided, and the staff showed poor attitude and unprofessional behavior. I do not recommend this garage.

What a place! Edgardo was so pleasant on the phone and answered all my questions. Jenny, what a sweetheart! She had me informed from the beginning to the end. Micha (mechanic) very pleasant explained everything the car needed and showed me everything. I will be coming back. Totally recommend.

I brought my car to JM Auto after hearing good things, and I’m so glad I did. The staff was welcoming and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. They checked my tires, fixed a small issue I didn’t even realize was there, and didn’t overcharge me. It’s hard to find an auto shop that feels this honest and dependable.. I couldn’t recommend this shop more! I hit a pothole and I was leaking air out of 2 tires — 4 different shops turned me away. I pulled up to this shop and in less than 10 minutes they fixed the leak, rotated my tires & only charged me $20. They were extremely friendly & helpful. If you need something, come here!

They just installed this tire to my car and in a couple of months, the tire began to crack on sides. I can’t go to warranty cuz it was nice used tire. But I did not recognize they were selling this kind of outdated tire. UPDATE: they just installed a better used tire and provided 50% discount on it due to previous tire condition! Thanks.

I rarely write reviews but I Went here a few months ago and even waited to see how my car would be over the course of the weeks after. My car broke down and there seemed to be several things wrong. They gave me a true breakdown of everything, and communicated really well additionally giving pictures of what needed work. There was even something they could fix and didn’t have to order the part anymore at the end and they could have scammed me and charged me anyways since it was in the estimate but they honorably told me they could repair it and took off the extra couple hundred the part would have costed. I truly appreciated the honesty and my car hasn’t had a problem since. 100% going back!

Changed 4 tires, alignment and rolling. Excellent service! Courteous, professional. A very clean, neat waiting room where they treat you for hot chocolate. They explain in a very detailed way and clearly the work to be performed on your car . It's definitely one of the best workshops I've ever visited in Providence.
