As a female, I was initially hesitant to go to a repair shop on my own, but I had a great experience at this particular shop and wanted to share my positive feedback. From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and respectful. They took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explain the repair process to me, which put me at ease. I never once felt like I was being talked down to or dismissed, which unfortunately can be a common experience for women in male-dominated industries. The repair itself was done quickly and efficiently, and the staff kept me updated throughout the process. They even went above and beyond by doing a complimentary check of my vehicle to make sure everything else was in good working order. Overall, I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone, especially women who may be wary of going to a repair shop on their own. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful, and they truly care about their customers' safety and satisfaction. Thank you for providing such a great service!

I do not recommend this place to anyone. These people charge double the price of the work because the warranty on my vehicle was going to pay for part of the work. They sent a higher estimate to get money from the client and treated me with attitude because I decided to go somewhere else. They disconnected the camera inside my vehicle to check my belongings. Be careful not to leave anything inside the vehicle. I do not recommend this place.

Last week I repaired my Toyota camry car with them. The car makes clunking sound in front end while speeds up and some noises on wheels too. John checked the vehicle and shared his thoughts. John and Mathew went through the vehicle and told, what are the problems and how to fix it. I was so happy to deal with them and proud about them because of their attitude knowledge & personality. I knew their dad Mr.Juan for long years (around 19 years) who established this business. Those days these boys are in elementary school. They fixed the problem of the car perfectly and after few days they called and asked how the vehicle doing. I was very impressed of their job and follow-up. Keep it up.

It’s an overdue review because I’ve been coming here for 2-3 years now, but since I came to these amazing people again I want to take my time and share my experience! Honestly, the best experience! It’s at least a 40 min ride for me, but I wouldn’t trust with my car to anyone else! They provide services very efficiently and in a timely manner, the owners are here everyday, working hard and assuring that everything is on point! A+++ JNL is a family owned shop. John and Matthew are very kind, knowledgeable and honest. I brought my Mercedes to them for a second opinion after another shop quoted me $3,600 for repairs. John and his team drove my car and checked it very thoroughly. It turns out the repair I needed was actually $450, saving me thousands of dollars. The repair was done the same day, which was great. The shop is very clean, and everyone working there is helpful. They send you pictures and call to explain every detail about what your car needs. I highly recommend them!

My experience at JNL was amazing. Starting from the front desk worker, Juan who is very professional. They changed my vw jetta water pump, I was impressed the way they received my car, and how fast they performed the work. I was so happy with their service that I took my company's van there. Same quality, same honesty, the explanation of the service was very clear. They even REDUCED THE PRICE because they found the problem wasn't what they initially diagnosed. This is the best auto repair shop I have ever been too. Great customer service and I never been to an auto repair shop that looks cleaner than my home this place is just incredible from presentation to pricing to quality of there work and I am not experienced nor know anything about cars but John took him time sat me down and explained to me what is the problem of my vehicle. I had an amazing experience with this company! Very cooperative and definitely a stress-free environment! nice, speedy and honest customer service as well. They took very good care of my vehicle and made sure I was fully aware of what needed to be fixed and how they fixed it! they also ran it through a scanner to insure nothing else was wrong with the car and took pictures of inside of the vehicle so I can see the before and after. I would absolutely high recommend this company to anyone who is looking for friendly and cost effective maintenance!

I had an excellent, stress free experience with JNL Auto Repair. My car started overheating so I began checking the reviews of shops closest to me to avoid doing any more damage to my engine. JNL was by far the highest rated and for good reason. I was greeted by two gentleman who are brothers and they were both kind and extremely knowledgeable (PS I love your dog). They explained their process in depth of how they would check my car for the root of the cause and not go any further until speaking with me to verify work could begin. The price was extremely fair for a new radiator and they noted other items that would need work in the future without trying to push it all on me at once. I got my car back within 24hrs and it has been driving like new the past week. Quality work and honest workers are what make this business great! I look forward to bringing my car back for any future work :) Thanks to all the JNL staff!
