Just moved to Arkansas a few months ago. And my manager gave me his machanic number in which is Joes Garage about issues concerning my alternator. Set an appointment and a next couple of days later, I'm around professional and honest people who has great quality experience and customer service. They checked into it and come to find out it wasn't my alternator but I needed new battery cables. Today's time it's hard to find honest people who do quality work. If I had to live back in New York again, I would literally pay to ship my vehicle back-and- forth to Arkansas to Joe's Garage every time I have a vehicle problem. They are that Great!!!! Spend your hard earned money with quality and honest and 15+ years of experience friendly people at Joes Garage. Quality work at it's Best!!!

The owners can’t take accountability or apologize to victims of their employees and their own actions. Between people being bullied and misgendered, to them literally wrecking other people vehicles, to terrible customer service I would NEVER use or recommend this place to service anything.

At the beginning, it was nice. Everybody was talking accordingly, but after a week, it was only Call about money List of repairs some things on the list they did not do so if you are taking your car here, please make sure you check your parts I would prefer you to go to any other shop than this one. They are a rip off all about money.

I called this shop a few days ago and they are so rude. I then went to their website to check them out and whoever their “owner” is has no business talking to people like they do when replying back to their reviews. I have never is my life seen something so unprofessional. Just because of the rudeness and the “owner “ I will never contact them again and I will make sure no one I know does either. .

DO NOT take your vehicle to this shop! They had my truck for four months, they forgot about it, then said it was ready. They didnt fix a thing! The ONLY reason this place is in businesses is because of the Buy here Pay here car lots. They only use this shop get the junk cars they buy from auction, off their lots!!! Caveat Emptor!!!!!!

Trusted them to do diag and do a repair, charged for it but it wasn't done. After repair was supposedly done took to a different mechanic who walked me thru everything and showed me the carbon marks on my spark plugs that were supposedly replaced. DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS read all reviews and how mean the person responds to all the complaints from previous customers who were also ripped off.

Took my van there for an alternator replacement. In the process, they wrecked it. Damaging the front end. I have taken it back twice for overheating. Seems like every few days, it's something else. I contacted an attorney. I will never use them again nor recommend them.

I was changing the rear brakes on a 1996 Toyota Starlet right hand drive got one side in and the other side the Piston seized up. Needed a new brake caliper, contact people in the UK and Japan and no one had rear brake caliper replacements. I found a rebuild kit and call a lot of mechanic shops by Russellville and some in Little Rock. No one could rebuild it until I contacted Joe’s Garage. I just want to say thank you to Joe’s garage team and their friendly staff! My son was so happy to get his car back and driving! I would highly recommend them for any service!!!

Joes Garage service is absolutely fantastic, Ms. Stephanie the head of front office was excellent at communicating. if could give 10 stars I would. I had my 2014 Ram 5.7 engine rebuilt. When every mechanic declining to work on that hemi engine. Joes took her in with no hesitation. Ms. Stephanie recommended the best option for my vehicle. If you are looking for great customer service alongside with great mechanics go to Joes Garage. We brought in a difficult vehicle to work on for a few issues. They spent a lot on time working on it, and got the primary issue corrected with a lot of testing and work. We really appreciate the effort, not many places would even have attempted it. We used them for all our vehicles when we lived in Little Rock. We have since moved to Colorado, and brought this vehicle in while we were visiting family, because we trust them. It was great to see Stephanie again after six years!

I took my car in because I had oil in my coolant reservoir. My car was overheating. The cashier had outstanding customer service. She also had an idea of what the possible problem could be. They told me it would be about 3 days before they could look at my car. On the 3rd day they called me and explained what they think the problem could be. They told me an idea of how much it could cost. They told me they may be able to have my car ready the next day. My car was ready the very next day. I appreciate them so much. Most places were behind close to a month. They got me in and out. They communicated well during the whole process. If I have any problems in the future, I will gladly take my car to them. I have a 2018 Dodge Charger SXT. They are the best! If I could rate them higher that 5 stars I would! Thanks again! Keep up the great work!

Save your money and your sanity, just avoid this place. If you need proof read the 1 star reviews and especially the responses from the shop. They might be decent with oil changes and brakes but avoid them at all cost with any other concerns. Misdiagnos and do not stand behind their work. Where's your 2 year 20k mile warranty? Car didn't even make it a half mile before ck engine light came back on. Per their response on needing to remove the clock spring. The engine is a 5.0, you’d need to remove the engine to perform this repair. I work at a reputable repair facility. Your biggest mistake here was cheating someone with resources. Shame on you for sending a family with 3 kids under 7 down the road in 93 degree weather with a vehicle that wouldn’t go over 40mph to drive 4 hours with the AC out because you have no business doing repairs beyond tire rotates or battery replacement. And I’m not sure I would trust you to do that..

We recently took our truck to Joe’s Garage and spent over $700 to have an issue fixed. Two days later, we picked it up and immediately noticed the truck was performing worse than before. Within five minutes of driving, the AC stopped cooling, the truck began shaking when going over 45 mph, and the check engine light came on. We returned to the shop to express our concerns and were told the repairs were not under warranty. They refused to fix the new issues or take any responsibility—and they also refused to refund any of the money we spent. We’re extremely disappointed in both the quality of the work and the lack of customer service. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend Joe’s Garage based on this experience. Update: Staff was dude when we told them the issue. We took to another shop who we trust and they told me this shop did not do any work they claimed to have performed. And there was so safe way to do what they said they did in the time they did. Our truck is so much worse. Check engine light came on TEN minutes after leaving. Scammers are everywhere. Do not use this shop. They clearly take advantage of out of down families.

Took my truck in because it was making noise under the driver side wheel. James said a part needed to be replaced, cost me around $700 to replace. Picked my truck up and it made the exact same noise. Took it back and he said it was because of my tires. After driving it around and still feeling that same noise and I took it back again. Being more frustrated with me he again said it was because of my tires. When I called to explain why I didn’t think it was because of the tires James hung up on me…I picked my truck up and drove it around for a few months. Finally giving in to what he said the problem was I bought four brand new tires. Cost over $1200. Tires were installed and to no surprise, it was making the same noise. I called Joes garage to let them know and the guy said I needed to talk to James and put me on hold. After being on hold for 35min I hung up. Took it to another shop and they correctly diagnosed the problem as an IWE actuator issue. 30min for them to correctly diagnose the issue. Cost $1000 to fix. Wonder if Joes garage will do the right thing and reimburse me for the part they changed that wasn’t causing the noise, money for the tires that I bought when I didn’t actually need to buy new tires (old ones had 60% tread on them). If you need your oil changed I’m sure they are great at it. Other than that, don’t waste your time or your money. James - take a customer service class. Never hang up on a customer no matter how right you feel you are…which you weren’t.
