I arrived to get my car fixed. They told me that my engine might be under a class action lawsuit and the dealer might have to fix it. Took my Vin number. Looked up the issue Printed out proof for me to take to the dealer. ??? Are you kidding me? They got absolutely nothing out of helping me. I would trust these people with anything.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! Went there out of convenience and they kept my car all day. Had to call them to hear back about my car. Left me on hold for like 15 mins just to back to me with a story how I needed to contact my insurance because my whole suspension needed replaced. They insisted that I left my car while I made a claim and when I refused they made me pay for an inspection although they policy states they are suppose to call you if it’s going to take them longer than 2 hours to then charge you (never got a call). I took my car to two other shops and paid for the inspection as well and there was not anything wrong with my suspension system. Just was heavily misaligned. This was 2 weeks ago and my car is fine. They either didn’t want to or were too busy to actually check my car…quoted me over 4K for a fix I didn’t need. That’s unethical and unprofessional. Don’t take your car there! They will rip you off.

Literally the best place for my foreign vehicle. They take very good care of mine baby. From oil changes to changing out my brakes. They’ve been completely thorough. It’s tough because the only dealership close to here is UnMansky Maserati and that’s just way too far. it’s really great to have some hometown car heroes!

My first visit. Very knowledgeable, gave suggestions for additional services but didn’t try to hard sell. Simply offered! Also shared some very useful preventative things I can do. I expected to spend the day there but was out in less than 4 hours. I had multiple things done. Tune up, serpentine belt replacement, fuel system cleaned and an oil n filter change! Very reasonable price! I will be having all future oil changes and maintenance completed there!

I highly recommend DJ’s Auto Repairs! Ralph and Elijah were very kind and helpful with getting my husband’s car fixed. They were transparent with what needed to be done and with pricing. It broke down on the side of the road two days before Thanksgiving and they let us have it towed to their shop that day, even though they weren’t able to get to it until the next day. We were very thankful! What started out as a stressful situation ended up being a smooth process because of them. 😊

Please call me asap! My 2016 Nissan maxima was diagnosed incorrectly costing me a lot of money. Biggest concern is the noise my car was making was diagnosed as a power steering pump wearing out. I bought a power steering pump and fluid and paid a shop to install. $900 for the part $80 for fluid and $200 for labor. Once installed the noise still persisted and the shop said the power steering pump was never the issue since it is an ELECTRIC power steering pump and would never be the cause of the constant noise when driving even without steering because it’s not connected to the pulley system on the serpentine belt. So now I’ve paid you guys $150 to diagnose it and I have a $900 part I can’t return because it’s been installed and labor to install it can’t be taken back. Please call me to sort this out at minimum I want my diagnostic fee returned to me. I am happy to bring the car by and you can see the issue still persists even with the new eps pump installed. Since I’m out so much money I ask that you please diagnose it correctly and fix it on the house once you determine all of this that I’m bringing up is true. A mis diagnosis is dangerous. Especially one as easy to spot as this. I should have known but I’m not a professional mechanic and I was relying on a paid diagnosis. Even endurance warranty was given the wrong information which smears me there. I’ll remove this review once this has been made right. Thank you Edit Turns out every diagnosis was incorrect that they gave me. The noise they diagnosed as the power steering pump is actually the transmission and the sound coming from inside the car was not blown speakers it was simply the fan for the cooled seat on. And third the seat motor they said was bad was not a seat motor but simply a jammed track on one side. I just want my $150 back I’ll be using a different shop to do my repairs. Correct diagnosis is extremely important. I’ve wasted money and time. I don’t have time to bring it back to your shop. Please call me back and refund my $150.

I was on my way from Jackson Ms to Tulsa to attend a funeral when my Acura refused to go over50 mph after a fill up. I called explained my issue and the owner himself met me when I pulled up. Ran some tests and told me it wouldn’t be ready til next day. Drove me to rental car who told me the vehicle I reserved wasn’t there. Long story short they had the issue fixed when we got back. Only charged me the diagnostic fee. I was expecting a1 to2 thousand bill. Honest and Caring are not adjectives you would typically use about an auto repair shop…. but Don and his staff are both . Little Rock is blessed to have this business. I wish it were in Jackson . Five stars is not nearly enough. I really can’t express what a tremendous effort they made to get me where I was going. Thanks Don!! You and your staff are fantastic!!!!!!!

We were referred to this shop by another business that could not perform the repairs we needed. After two months of back-and-forth, over $4,000 in repairs, a technician being fired due to mishandling our vehicle, and returning the car two additional times (the final visit lasting nearly two and a half weeks), the original problem was still not resolved. Many of the tests performed were done while the vehicle was idling, when they should have been conducted during a road test. A large number of engine components were inspected and worked on, which makes it especially frustrating to be told—after multiple visits for the same issue—that the vehicle now requires an additional $3,000 in repairs. That will not be happening. During the two-week period they had our vehicle, we were repeatedly told we would receive a call by the end of the business day because they “just needed to drive-test it.” This happened more than once. On the final occasion, after being told the same thing again, we went to the shop in person and were then informed that the crankshaft sensor needed to be replaced again (thankfully under warranty). If that was the required repair after two weeks of saying they only needed to drive-test the vehicle, that raises serious concerns about their diagnostic process. Days later, the car continued to shut off. We were never given a clear explanation of what was actually causing the issue, only that it would require another $3,000 in repairs. I don’t understand how this was not identified during the first two visits, all within the span of one month. Based on our experience, we will not be returning. We initially had high hopes due to the convenience of the location and ease of payment, but unfortunately, this business was not the right fit for us.

I paid $150 for them to put my car on a machine that tells them something (nothing specific) is wrong with my engine bearings which I already knew with 2 youtube videos and my ears. They then recommended to throw the whole engine away and start over with a new one for just under $12,000 instead of repairing an engine that makes a weird noise but has no other signs of dysfunction. Where are the old school mechanics at that can fix any kind of motor?! My answer was no thanks if you where wondering. On the other hand, their shuttle service was a convenient feature and staff very nice.

PATRICK and MR RALPH AT DJ’S auto repair HANDS DOWN THE NICEST GUYS TO TALK TOO 2016 Tahoe I had my truck at a “HIGHLY RECOMMENDED”shop in west Little Rock that charged me $497.00 for a noise complaint and a intermittent smoking problem (3 weeks) they had my truck... They stated that they could not hear the noise And the vehicle would never smoke, but the vehicle is misfiring on the cylinder number two When I picked my vehicle up from the shop, it was still smoking and making the very same sound Friday afternoon 01-30-26 I brought my truck to you guys the following Monday morning 02-02-26 and within three hours. My experience was outstanding from beginning to end. It started with my research and finding excellent review for DJ,s auto repair. I called and Patrick immediately established a good rapport with me. We set up an appointment which was sooner than I expected. I arrived to a group of people that were very welcoming. It set me at ease. They listened carefully to the challenges I had with my car. I felt heard. I was impressed with how quickly a shuttle was available to take me home and how pleasant the driver was. I had done some research, so I had a good idea what to expect related to repair. I was very pleased that that they did not try to talk me into repairs I did not need. In fact, the repairs needed where charged at reasonable price. To my delight, the repair was completed one day sooner than projected. Patrick and everyone in the shop were friendly and pleasant. The repair so far seems to have fixed the problems I had with the car. If not, I was told that they guarantee their work for 24 months! Wow! I am very impressed with the service provided and highly recommend this auto repair shop. Thank a million! I will be back for any future repairs my car needs.

My vehicle developed a gasoline fuel leak and was very dangerous. I contacted DJ’s and they were very knowledgeable about the situation and vehicle repairs. I had it towed to their shop and they had me back on the road in less than a week! I would highly recommend DJ’s because they did a great job on my vehicle and it no longer leaking fuel and seems to be repaired correctly to me. They are also very good at communicating which makes the process much better. Their pricing didn’t seem to be too expensive but you have to pay to get it done right. Thanks DJ’s
