My wife took our BMW to One Way Automotive for an oil change in December 2019. Imagine my surprise when I took my car to a different shop (to change brake pads) and they told me I was past due for an oil change. The second shop is my normal shop and is very thorough and showed me pictures and explained everything. I will never go back to One Way Automotive.

I'm so mad at myself for not getting the dudes name that helped me but he was SO AWESOME! I live in Texas and on my way here my drivers side window broke and wouldn't roll up. I googled mechanics and was lead here. I told the guy (younger dude with dark buzz cut) what was going on and without hesitation he was able to pull up the glass and wedge it in temporarily until I get home and get to my mechanic (I work for Nissan). Not to mention he didn't even charge me a dime and it wasn't that easy of a job! If you want to get your vehicle serviced by someone that takes pride in their job and has awesome customer service skills I highly recommend One Way!

We have a BMW and will not take it ANYWHERE else for servicing but One Way! Keep up the OUTSTANDING Work. The only complaint I have is that they don't service Mercede Benz LOL! The Torrences!

Honest, Kind, Helpful. They diagnosed a check engine light, knew the exact issue and gave me several ways to take care of it- two of the three options were not using their services. I appreciate options and them taking the time to explain all the options. No one likes to deal with a car issues but i know they will have me covered. Highly recommend.

Been going to these guys to get my 325i fixed for about three years now. Tried a couple different places before One Way but ended up being a repeat customer with them because of their service and customer care. They have taken care of my car very well and the pricing is better than most other places. Can't sing these guys praises enough.

I recently brought my 96 318i into the shop to have it looked at. Possibly to have the clutch bled. I had to tow the car over to the shop first off. So a week goes by and no one has even called me and said anything about parts. I decided to call this morning to check on my vehicle and a gentleman said he’d check on it and he’d call me right back. They call me back to tell me they are short staffed and they can not even look at my car anymore and I need to pick it up. I ask him, why even have me bring it over? He said he does not have an answer. I also asked him why they never called me after a week of knowing this? He claims to have been sick. If I didn’t call them today, there is no telling when they would have even called me about my own car. Do not recommend these guys at all. Oh and then he waits a full year to respond, doesn’t even know what he’s talking about from a full year ago! I never self diagnosed anything. You guys just couldn’t do the job and instead of calling me the very next day, you never called at all. I had to literally call multiple days just to hear that you couldn’t do the job. Didn’t even look at it!

Spent a $250 tow fee for the guy to tell me he didn’t want to work on it, it wasn’t worth it bc a couple covers were off of it his mechanic didn’t want to work on it I had told them already b4 I brought it my son in law had some covers off I’m sorry if ur a mechanic shop this really shouldn’t matter. The dude just wants easy to work on stuff they prob complain and overcharge to work on breaks and I wouldn’t even trust them to do that…. If your guys don’t know how to put on plastic engine cover why are you even in business these are not true mechanics at this shop…. If you work on these engines you know where ever bolt and cover go and can do it in ur sleep these people are crooks like I said pick and choose what they want to work on for quick money

The people who work here are so impressive I’m writing this review before I’ve even left. Receiving a complimentary oil change from Nick was wonderful on its own, but I also got the lucky experience of being taken care of by Jill when I got here. She mentioned she normally doesn’t work the front so I think this is notable, because she has been so hospitable and done an amazing job already at giving me great customer service. She was warm, friendly, laughed and joked with me and directed me straight to the couch and coffee bar while even offering me some creamer she had in the back - so not only was she inviting, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable while I waited. I don’t even need to see my car done to know I will already be coming back here. Thank you Nick and Jill!

I own an E90 BMW project. My car(65k miles 2nd motor) had been able to drive to this One Way Automotive shop for an axle swap (outside although correct part) with no issues. Long story short after they denied working on my vehicle. Once it was returned, my car would not accelerate over 10mph anymore. My car broke, and lost all power on my way home from the One Way Automotive shop, which left me with no choice except purchasing tow services. Currently my vehicle does not start & I have no idea what the One Way Automotive shop did to my car in reality. The claims the One Way Automotive shop makes has no validation. Not rocket science to know if a car/truck comes into a real mechanic shop. The vehicle should be able to leave in equal or better condition. That has not been the case for mine. I’m disappointed but I will not be defeated. The challenge to get my project car back healthy is embraced. But I will not return to One Way Automotive ever.

I was needing Brake pads replaced on my Mini Cooper Countryman. I'm realitvly new to owning this car, so I shopped around Central Arkansas. After 3 different places, all of which said that I would have to replace rotors as well as the pads (without looking at my car), One Way gave me several options price wise (including two different pad options). One of did not require rotor replacement. On top of that, they could do the brakes same day, where all other shops would need several days at minimum. After bringing my car to them, sure enough, it only needed pads. Everything else was good. Saved me over $500. I'll only be taking my Mini to One Way for as long as I own this vehicle.

These guys are absolutely amazing! I recently purchased a M235i, and it had battery issues on the way home. They were able to diagnose it as the alternator and have it back on the road the next day. I would 100% recommend them to anyone with a BMW or Mini. I will be coming back.

I took my 2004 BMW Z4 from Memphis to North Little Rock to have the rams replaced on the convertible top. These guys know their stuff. They are upfront and honest on what was needed to be done and the pricing. It would have been over twice as much having the work done in Memphis by a non-dealer BMW shop... I can only imagine what the cost would have been at the dealership. They were proactive in letting you know the progress of the work. As the movie character Terminator said, "I'll be back"... for any other service that needs to be done.
