I was on a road trip from Texas to Little Rock and the day before heading back to Texas, my truck was slow to start. I made a trip to this Meineke and was treated with great respect upon arrival. The guys there diagnosed the problem and communicated the issue and resolution to me immediately. In no time, my truck was ready to go. They even took it for a quick test drive to ensure the issue was resolved and no other issues arised. Not only was I provided great customer service, I was treated with respect, communication was fantastic, and the job was done in a very timely manner at a very affordable price. I really appreciate the guys at this Meineke who took care of me.

Customer Service was excellent. Staff listened to my issues and concerns with my car but when it came time to purchase parts and do repairs they were WAY over charging on certain parts. I could go to the dealer and get for at least a $100 cheaper.

We jumped in our car this morning to go have some breakfast and saw that picked up a nail in a tire on the way to work. It was a Saturday morning so didn’t know who would be open to get our tire plugged. We found Meineke and decided to go there because with it being in the Indian Hills Shopping Center, we knew there would be restaurants nearby where we could have breakfast while we waited on getting the tire plugged. We went inside and there was a nice waiting area. We were quickly greeted by a gentleman by the name of Worthy. Right away he went to work on our tire and he had it plugged in about 5 minutes. From there he asked me to pull to a bay where he checked the pressure on all four tires. We asked to pay and he wouldn’t any payment! He just asked that we come back for an oil change in the future. We will! Thank you so much for such kind, unexpected service!

The manager, Kyle, is such an honest, trustworthy guy--which is hard to find in any car business. He's upfront about what your car actually needs and what you don't and the prices are very fair. Visiting from Houston and my vehicle need simple Freon. The Big Caucasian guy at the front denied me Freon instead he felt it was a compressor job worth $200 without even checking my Freon levels etc after I just checked the levels before I arrived and I knew it needed Freon! Scammers and trying to upsale and get people to spend their money for no reason smh

Four months ago, I traveled back home to ks not realizing my brakes were horrible. Luckily my son was able to notice it. So I took my car to the meineke in Ks. Now supposedly they claimed to have changed all four brakes and rotors, gave me a brake flush, front end alignment, and 2 brand new tires, a $1500 job. Now you would’ve assumed my car would be driving smooth like butter after all that, NO!!!!! So a month later I still felt something was wrong with my brakes so I returned to a meineke in Ar where I currently reside they test drove it and told me my brakes were fine and everything was all good, being a woman I believe them cause what do I know right but they did tell me I need a new cv axle so another $850 job. OK so now I’m good to go, WRONG!!!! My gut kept telling me something still ain’t right. So I took my car to another mechanic shop to look but they did something else wrong but that’s a different story for a different day. Finally after taking my car to AUTOZONE, the manager tells me no way your rotors where changed the way they look especially after only 4mths. So I took my car back to meineke once again and I wasn’t leaving until I got my rotors fixed and they did but I don’t think they were happy about it

All prescribed modifications were executed as expected, but the check engine light on my vehicle remains active in a new vehicle, and after a return visit, where it was turned off, the light reappeared the following day. I recently had my driver side door motor (for the window) replaced as well as the wiper linkage / wiper transmission bar replaced due to my driver side blade no longer working -- now it sounds like nails on a chalkboard or like metal grinding whenever I use the wipers. I should have noticed this immediately, but I didn't check at the time and when I first used them following the appointment I thought (or hoped) maybe it was just the springs or hinges because they were new (stupid, I know). At the same time, right after the install, when I started to use the wipers my windshield scratched and then started to crack near the wiper blade area, which I thought was coincidence (again, stupid), but it continued to get worse, and eventually I had to get the windshield replaced. Now that I have had my windshield replaced, I can see it is already starting to scratch in the same area and when I had it looked at its because on the driver's side, the metal piece/hinge has about half an inch between the little bar and the windshield, but on the passenger side the metal piece is almost touching the glass when the blade is off - when it is one, it is scrapping the window as it moves the blade, which can be seen on both the window and metal piece in the photos attached. Now I will have to not use the wipers until I can get this fixed, again, or risk having to replace a brand-new windshield that also has a surface scratch due to this issue. Also, more minor but mostly annoying, when I had the driver door motor replaced for the window, the error code was not reset so it still tells me it needs to be replaced though it does work. Given that the parts and labor for this cost ~$1300 and now I have had a pay around 400 for a new windshield, and will still need to get this fixed, not impressed. Photos below show the scratch on the new windshield, the start of the scratch on the old one, and the Driver's side wiper bar as well as two of the passenger side blade, which you will see, is much closer to the windshield and you can see where the metal has been scrapping the glass due to the coloration.
