Updated 1/3/2026: i am updating my review due to some issues that popped up after the sale was finalized. I was promised a 5.74% interest by Tim in financing, but when I received the paperwork from Cinch auto finance they had the interest rate at 5.99% I went back to John Lee Nissan and spoke to Tim about it, spent about 15 minutes in his office and did the math and the difference came out to 289.44. Tim said a check would be mailed out. This was done November 15 2025. Obviously I’m not going to take it any further than a bad review. But I do want to warn future buyer to double check paperwork as soon as possible, and I am removing my recommendation to friend and family. My car buying experience at John Lee Nissan was excellent and stress-free. My salesperson, Adrian, was very knowledgeable, patient, and personable, with zero pressure. The entire team was great, and the process was quick and transparent.

Beware of this place you can get ripped off with these people when you buy its yours there done with you wont back there product i bought new nissan and they wouĺdnt repair the vehicle with 1400 miles on it but best advice i can is reach out to lee nissan in fort walton beach these people are really good they took bad nissan i bought at john lee traded me new one that doesnt burn half quart of oil everytime i drive it 400 miles and they done deal 5000 and its 26 model even had sunroof and things i wasnt expecting this lee in fort walton is honest straight up people the owner himself takes time to come personally thank you for buying from them and he will give you his personal cell number if we ever need him for any issues he assured my family if you buy from me i will stand up for my product cause i want. You to come back 10 years from now and buy from me again they won my trust if i want new nissan i will call them first john lee nissan will never get my bussiness again .

DO NOT BUY FROM JOHN LEE NISSAN. This is the second time my family has had serious issues with this dealership. The first vehicle developed problems after the sale and, although it was under warranty, the repair was handled poorly instead of being properly fixed. The second vehicle was purchased at full, fair price. Over time, we gradually discovered a serious issue that was never disclosed at the time of sale. The vehicle was bought just over 30 days ago, and the problem turned out to be a major engine issue. Despite the vehicle being under warranty, John Lee Nissan refused to repair it. Instead, they pushed an exchange and demanded an additional $9,000 for a different vehicle, after already taking nearly $30,000 from us. We have since gone to other dealerships, and the difference in professionalism and willingness to help has been clear. This dealership shows no accountability, no transparency, and terrible customer service. Once the sale is done, you are on your own. They care more about money than their customers. Shame on John Lee Nissan.

Miss E Walker my salesman really made my whole experience worth the while! She listened to me and mediates for me. She went over the car with me and was as concerned as I was with anything I had questions about! Miss E took all my concerns and made them hers. She fought for the best prices for me and talked me through the entire process. Even if I was being picky looking at 3 cars at one time lol. I would go back 100% for my next car but only if she was still selling their cars. She doesn’t just leave you hanging. She keeps in contact and makes sure to remind you she’s here for your needs. 🫶🏽 The service department however! The manager Mike instead of addressing my concerns with reassurance and listening to how I felt started to deny and argue and cancel out everything that was told to me before about the work performed. The hours they are scheduled. The courtesy that was bestowed to me without me even asking so I had no clue it was a courtesy I thought it was an obligation because they kept closing almost 30 minutes before their scheduled times. Forcing me to come bright and early in the morning when other people have jobs to get to. And mine happens to be a little important. This left a VERY very bad taste in my mouth and I’ll never forget that as someone who has help management positions in hotels and have had disgruntled guests and would never speak to them that way because it’s my job to listen. Think. And respond.

They have the number one friendliest staff from my salesman ,Johnathan who made sure I had the features I needed and gave me a few options. To the Finance Specialist Anton who sat down with me and worked on payments making it affordable and gap insurance. To the guys who detailed it thoroughly. No Star. They are horrible, I bought a brand new 2024 Rogue and have had constant issues. It’s pending surrender for repurchase from Nissan due to being a “Lemon” yet now this horrible dealership has decided they’re not in a position to accept their car I purchased from them a year ago? Don’t waste your money, go somewhere else. Nothing but excuses, I’m so sick of them.

I love this place. I was looking around for a suv that fit me and I found it at John Lee Nissan. What's more is that I was taken care of by a wonderful gentleman ( Fensay Frazier) who helped me buy an amazing vehicle that I just loved.
