Sold my VW not because I didn't love the car, I did, but every time I brought it in the problem was worse or a new one started coincidently after servicing. I have a Rav4 now and servicing is easy.

I drive 2 hours from Tallahassee just to make it to this location. The ppl here are great. Mark Stragg is the best in the service department. I would rather drive all this way for great service and personality. They get the work done. Now it has its down of waiting for your vehicle and not having loaner vehicles but again the service is wonderful.

I want to give a big shout out to Mark and Michelle. My car broke down while on a weekend trip from Ohio and my car broke down. The rental car company was closed so they gave me a loaner for the weekend and on Monday got me a rental. They had no budget left to get me a rental but knew I had to get home. They were so kind and accommodating even when I was not so nice and putting my frustration on them. The kept me apprised along the way and fingers crossed my car gets delivered to me today or tomorrow.

4/4 Because of my (Kayla Johnson) review, we were told today that their hands were tied. The local dealership cannot purchase the car back or replace it because their superiors or owner won’t allow them? The GM has offered to help with insurance. For 10 months now we’ve been paying for a car we can’t drive, yet my frustration seems so incomprehensible. On Thursday March 28, VW of Panama City called me, Kayla Johnson, and asked me where I would like my car towed. I asked if the car was fixed, and the gentleman said no. He said they worked on it the past couple of weekends and could not fix it, and to take it up with my insurance company. Mind you, they have had our atlas in the shop since June of 2023. Also, our insurance company denied the claim because there is no damage, only mechanical issues. The gentleman also told me to bring their loaner back, that it needed to be recycled. He said I had until the following day to do so. Again we have a bumper to bumper warranty, and a letter from the general manager stating he planned on buying the car back. This is just my personal experience with VW

All around excellent experience! We decided to drive 2 hrs from Southeast Alabama to Panama City because of the horrible service experience we had with our local VW dealer. When you call and book your service appointment, you will be routed through a call center in Texas. The call center was friendly, but gave us a time estimate for the service that was unrealistic. VWof PC was able to get us in within a few days, which was the quickest appointment we could get of any local Volkswagen dealer. Royce, the service advisor, called us to explain that the service would take longer than we anticipated and that we would need to leave our vehicle overnight. From our initial appointment through the end of our service, Royce or Matt called us several times over the several days to keep us informed of the progress and let us know when our car would be ready. Communication was excellent, the work was done timely, and professionally, and everybody we encountered was friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough about Volkswagen of Panama City,. We also own several Audis and have mostly dealt with Audi dealers across the eastern United States… The level of service here easily compares or beats our experience with Audi. Very impressed with the service department. They do not have loaner cars available at this particular dealer, so plan accordingly.
