I was just there a couple of days ago to get a terminal replaced on the battery, and the workers were awesome! I called one place and asked the price and they said it would be 80!! Thankfully I called around, these guys said their price was 15! That was my first experience with these guys and they're great! Would recommend them to anyone!!

If I could post this without using or having negative stars I would! I'll never ever use this place again. And will only let people know to stay away. They kept my Land Cruiser in their shop for almost 2 months. Didn't use the factory Toyota parts I gave them. New in the sealed package. I had to put them on a contact plan with progress reports. I heard every excuse in the book from them. Why it takes 2 months to replace a head gasket on a straight 6 Toyota engine is mind numbing. Its a farm tractor engine. When I dropped it off to them. "Oh yeah $1250. We can use your factory Toyota parts. No problem. And we warranty parts and labor. Cash or charge" When I picked it up. "$1750 and cash only. No warranty on labor regardless if its our fault or not." "Do you want to sell your roof rack" Really? Toyota dealer quoted me $1500 and 10 hours to fix my truck before it came to you. I knew better to play those games. Here is my credit card. Take or leave it. 30 minutes down the road. Check engine light. Found some missing fasteners. Reset the light. Called and text them. No response. Shortly after my oil gauge goes dead on the dash. text and call again. No response. Then bam done. They didn't reseal the front timing cover correctly. Oil pressure couldn't feed the crank as Toyota designed it. And it spun the 4,5,6 and 7 crank bearings. They also lied about a few parts they said they replaced. And used Chinese knock off parts to make better margins, They broke the timing cover with the timing chain. Now I know why you replaced so many un-needed parts. You broke them. Oh and you bent about even fin on my brand new never used factory radiator. It never even hand coolant in it yet. Oh and left my Land Cruiser outside with the doors unlocked a few times. In El Mirage! Now its costing me over $4500 and another 3 weeks of vehicle down time. All the while they refuse to contact me. Mind you I drove the truck without issues before the head gasket failed. Which is a common problem on all 1FZ Toyotas. As well as other Toyota trucks and 4 runners those years. Is this the customer service you want? Is this how you would expect a professional shop to work? Learn from my costly blown up engine mistake. Stay away. And I am not afraid to tell my story. It is 100% factual. So ... I stand 100% behind my words. Can we guess who is going to get the bill when its all said and done?

Worst mechanic experience I’ve ever had. The services were to change lower ball joints, Pitman arm and to have an alignment done on my sons Jimmy. Never did the alignment, driver side tire almost fell off as my son drove away. They never put the lug nuts on that tire! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN! Steering wheel wasn’t straight when he left and they did not want to correct it. They replaced the front brakes without asking or getting our approval and charged my son for it. They did say they’ll give us a free alignment but when we called to schedule the representative had attitude and said we had to replace other part in order to get the alignment which is something they never told us before. It was a scam to try to get more money out of my son....

I think they have lost their business initially through the pandemic but they are able to work with you according to yours and their schedule to help out and fix your vehicle all you have to do is contact them through messenger. Please be very patient

I went to another local vehicle repair shop to price my CV Axles and Lower Control Arm Bushings and they wanted around $850 for just those two things! Johnsons took care of those two items, found a nice warranty for the CV Axles, and replaced my brake pads (machined rotors) and gave my wife a ride home while they worked... For $200 less than the other place! My car drives so much better - really quick and good service. Very happy with the job these guys did. They also cleared a check engine light that we never even mentioned to them. Summary: Saved us over $200, went above and beyond, highly recommend.

I have used Johnson a lot over the years, having them work on several Different makes and models of my vehicles along with other members in my family. I have always had great service at Johnson and the El Mirage Community is lucky to have them as part of the El Mirage Community. Its very hard to find people like the Johnson's that truly care and will bend over backwards to help others, Thank You! I'm very glad when you relocated the shop you stayed with us in El Mirage. I 100% recommend them as I always have and will continue to from the first day I walked in there shop.
