I always go to Napa. They have excellent products and always have what I need. I just purchased a car battery and it was cheaper than anywhere else, plus the give veterans discount and a lengthy warranty far exceeding those other parts stores. Better quality parts. I will always go to Napa.... Thank you guys.

On hold for 15 minutes, don't have the parts, slow and understaffed, no sense of urgency, no respect for other people's time. I will literally drive ten minutes past and pay an extra 10 dollars just to get back lost time from this sad excuse for a NAPA.

I called today around 4:15pm inquiring about a window regulator for my SUV. The guy answered the phone (no name) as if he was lying in bed or just didn't want to be there. I gave the uninterested employee my vehicle information and he pulled it up. I let him know that the part I was looking for was $128 on their website and he not only said it would take 1-2 weeks to get it but it was $300.. Ok wth??? There are no window regulators for my vehicle at any establishment even near that price. I'm sitting there telling him the price on their website. I just left it at that and got off the phone. Seems like everytime I call this place I never end up going there. I still have yet to buy one part from this location.

This location was on Dysart road and grand. They had three people behind the counter but only one was working. The phone was ringing off the hook, one person would answer it and put them on hold and not wait on customers. There was another man standing by the counter appearing to be on a computer but more or less just standing there staring at the customers. The one lady that was working was overwhelmed because there was three of us standing there and the other two workers would do nothing. After waiting for over 10 minutes I walked out, and went to O'Reilly's where I was greeted with a friendly smile and waited on immediately. Worst customer service ever.

I used to love this location. Took ALL of my business there. However recently they acquired a new dispatch manager. "billy" who simply has the worst attitude, is absolutely unprofessional. During a phone call he became completely irate, and belligerent. After I asked to speak to the store manager, he became even more unprofessional and refused to work with me. A few hours later he called me back 5 different times to harrass and belittle me. From today forward. I will do EVERYTHING in my power to no longer deal with this location because of him. He is the worst and does not need to be in a customer service position. Let alone supervising customer service. Absolute atrocious attitude.

Horrible communication asked for a part gave me a deal on a cheaper model that was not a full set and was forced to buy extra part that never showed up 6 days later still no update on part also when I asked about the missing piece the manager told me that's just a generic part that I don't need! Make sure you know what your looking for because they can't help

Bought all my parts I've need from them so far and they have been pretty helpful. Ordered some parts and the order said I could pick up until 7pm. Got there at 6:30 and they were closed. Google, NAPA and the Yelp all say they close at 7 pm but their door says they close at 6pm.

This is a good parts location. Yes parking lot crowded ect busy on a Saturday you guys need to slow down. And give a better review this location next to a DRUG STORE DAMN. Every time I go In yeah there is 4-5 other customers yes we need parts wait your turn. You got until your 80 or is beer getting warm?

This store should not be doing doordash’s! The lady acted like I should’ve the one to know what order I should be picking up when DoorDash only gives me the address I’m delivering too not the business name! Either find a better way or just quit doing it!
