Dennis was awesome but I unfortunately waited a week to have my car worked on only to find that the shop was not equipped to do the type of work I originally called for they lacked the machine power to complete the work which may have cost me less sooner had I known they never had a lift or tools to do the job

I had them work on my car. They underbid it. It was a rusty quarter panel. they took SIX MONTHS! I begged them every week to get my car done. They realized they weren't going to make any money on it and worked on everyone else's car first. It was a nightmare.

I got my Car to this shop and after careful making of all required work , the owner Bill issued a signed quote implicating and insisting I understand all values are final.After weeks over targeted completion date of no calls , communications or updates on car, I was finally told by him that car was ready but discovered later my replacement hood job was Lazily done as button part was not even painted red to match but left still white. when pulled wallet to make payment on issued quotes , this man ( Bill) , very unprofessional, cursing and perhaps with no customer etiquette , screaming top of voice , “pay my new quote or get F...k out of my office” Definitely won’t recommend this shop but if you want to deal with the most unprofessional body shop person you probably may have met in your life ,this is for you .

In the past the work was good and well priced. I have had several vehicles repaired here.That being said, I dropped of my truck to be repaired in Feb 2017 and it was stolen from their lot. I didn't find out until July 2017. No one notified me, owner lied and said he called me. He reported it stolen without giving police the VIN or my name. Owner refuses to be accountable for a vehicle in his possession. So basically your vehicle is not secure here, and if it is stolen it will be your fault somehow. AVOID at all costs, trust me it is not worth it. Got my truck back from impound lot with $4000 plus damage, I am still trying to put it back together.

Everyone at Johnson's Body shop is wonderful and I will recommend everyone I know to go to them when they need body work or paint. My 2010 Challenger RT looks great as they buffed out the whole car and painted all the place where there was decals with a beautiful blue sparkle that jumps out at you as it's Ghosted
