Took my car in for alignment and to get hangers welded. Hangers were put on good. My vehicle went in due to pulling to the right and came out the same. I told them on the phone that it was pulling on the right before any work was done. I received a phone saying my car was ready for pick up but that my car was pulling to the right and I had mentioned to them that I had let them know it went in for that, and they seemed a bit surprised. Not sure why they would be if it was mentioned and before they do an alignment it says that they test drove it beforehand. Tech tried explaining to me on why he wasn’t able to do that alignment properly. First it was uneven wear on tires.( no uneven wear) I told him if I buy brand new tires, will that make my car drive straight? And he said no, one bolt is seized so I have to replaced both rear toe arms. And I asked if I can just replace the seized but and he said he was mistaken. No bolt is seized, he can’t make further adjustments because I’m lowered. Story seemed to switch a lot as I asked questions. I took my car with them same issue I had and had to pay for an alignment that didn’t fix my issue

I've been a customer since Jorge took over Jon Jon, he's very honest and pricing is very reasonable. I've never had an issue, I trust him with all of my vehicles and my families. He's very accommodating to fit you into the schedule for your cars needs, like hitting a deer in the middle of the night 😂 had me up and running quick. Wouldn't trust anyone else!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars - I’ve never received such quick responses to questions, concerns, and ideas. They did some amazing work on my Lexus Is 300 back in July and just followed that up again, on this go around they were able to help save me some money by taking a harder avenue for them, this really stood out to me. I don't know much about cars which can be daunting but Jon Jon Motorsport explained things really well and were very helpful!!! I’ll be back soon no doubt!!

An absolute excellent experience took my 2009 Chevy Express work van that I use daily for service to get an alignment and they absolutely nailed it I put 300 miles on my van today and this thing drives like a dream the owner and his staff clearly have experience and know what they're doing as the time that they take to explain what needs to get done and why really sets the the tone for your experience

If you are looking for an honest auto mechanic spot Jon Jon is the place to go. Not only are they kind George, explained The test he performed on my Honda H-RV . And he didn’t charge me . I am very pleased to say he didn’t find a thing wrong and explained why my check fuel cap light was coming on. I had a great experience at Jon Jon Motors. They took care of an oil change, new tires, tire rotation and balance, spark plugs, windshield tint, and even fixed a leak that Honda never informed me about. Everything was completed within one day, and the team was very prompt and professional. They kept me informed throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. Jorge and Cesar took excellent care of me and made sure everything was done right. Honest, efficient, and great customer service. I highly recommend Jon Jon Motors and will definitely be coming back.

I appreciated the hometown shop feel with quality work. The 4 stars is due to a large credit card fee which is unfortunate for large expenses when a wad of cash is harder to come by. I didn't ask if personal checks were accepted. However, they were responsive to questions and gave honest feedback. The first time I had wheel spacers put on my Wrangler Unlimited. They also did a courtesy full vehicle inspection with photos showing other problems. The bill was more reasonable than expected. The second servicing they accommodated my schedule and gave me a courtesy ride while service was being completed and picked me up once completed. It included a brake fluid flush, brakes, rotors and replacement of a lower radiator hose and re-torquing the wheel spacers. It was more expensive than anticipated (some costs were higher than typical and others lower) so overall was it was comparable to the area. I am counting on quality and will return for future work.

Highly recommend them for any auto servicing needs. Took my car in to get BC Racing coilovers installed and the process was super easy and their communication was great. Since they're an official dealer for BC Racing, they took care of ordering the parts directly to their shop. They got the ride height dialed exactly how I wanted, and not to mention their waiting room that had a huge collection of retro magazines like SuperStreet. Definitely will be back for any repairs and services!
