Josho Auto took my Mazda RX-7 which had problems with a gasket leak. He told me one price at the beginning, but when he finished the job, he was asking for almost double the money. I couldn't afford the repair, so he initiated a lien and scammed me out of my car.

Tomo services two of my cars - a 1994 Mazda RX-7 and a 2007 Toyota FJ Cruiser. He performed the routine annual service on the RX-7 in Nov. ‘23, diagnosed and replaced a faulty alternator, and fixed an elusive clunk in the suspension. In Dec. ‘23 he installed the TRD struts/shocks I purchased and he fixed an exhaust leak the dealer misdiagnosed as a heat shield rattle. Great quality work as always, completed next day for both jobs, and for a very fair price.

The owner (Hanzaki-san) of this repair garage has been honest, consistent, and truly customer oriented. He will never rip you off or give you BS like I experienced before at other shops. Because he knows the dirty industry inside out, he decided to open his own business to bring his integrity. I brought my BMW M3 to replace a clutch disc and a pressure plate. In addition, I also brought in my BMW 325i for a diagnosis. Both services turned out to be a big satisfaction to me. Although both services were very labor intensive and took him extra hours, he sticked with his original quotes without charging any extra. If you ask me, I will not bring my car anywhere but Josho Auto. As long as his business is up and running, I will go with his shop. Thank you!!
