I had the best car buying experience with this dealership. My son moved from St Louis to Birmingham Alabama to start his medical school and needed a car. He wanted Kia Sportage hybrid but price was outrageous because all dealerships charged $5-7k over MSRP due to shortage of supply. So we decided to order one thinking we could order one for MSRP price. However most dealers wanted to charge markup even when you custom order it. So I called around and found Larry Taylor at Julio Jones Kia who was willing to custom order the trim model my son wanted without any markup! It took four months to get it became Kia had a supply issue but Larry kept me in the loop while waiting and honored the price when it finally arrived. He didn’t try to upswell it to another person. His honesty and customer service is admirable. We just picked up the car yesterdat and he had all the documents ready for us so we can get in and out in less than an hour. The sales and finance team didn’t try to upswell anything and instead threw in 1 year free oil change and tire rotation and a dent protection at no charge! The entire team was very honest, efficient and customer focused. I highly recommend this dealership!

They wasn't able to fix my car when my car was brought in for repairs but they was able to charge me a considerable amount for just checking to see what was wrong with it I think this was totally unfair and unreasonable. They should be able to fix their own vehicle when is purchase from the dealership.

Came in to get a leaky tire plugged on my Forte. Watched a tech play on his phone for 10 minutes at the counter, while the service guy told me "there's folks ahead of you." Doesn't seem like customer service or urgency are a focus here.

Battery replacement resolved the sporadic starting issues. Recommended replacement of power window motor for $750 to resolve window not closing all the way was misdiagnosed as the problem resolved itself after following recommended solutions found on the internet. I explained to the service department that the window not closing moved from right rear window to left front window and ultimately jumped to the right rear window. That would have meant 3 window motors were bad based on the recommendation by the service department- that would have been unlikely.
