I’ve been coming to this location for at least a decade. Most of the visits have been for unexpected nails / flat tires. In those cases, and with them being always busy- I’ve learned to come the next morning right before they open so I can be one of the first walk-in appointments. I feel they’ve always been fair and honest with their work and pricing. They have a large, clean waiting room and restroom which is greatly appreciated when you have children. I’m sitting here now with another nail issue and wanted to say that the floor manager- Mr. Emmett is top notch with his Southern hospitality and customer service. A rare find in this day and age.

The front desk staff, Thomas and Emmeet, are really great individuals! Both thoughtful and friendly. Emmeet has introduced southern hospitality to California through his welcoming and warm nature. I brought my car in for an alignment. The service was excellent and relatively fast, and the prices were significantly lower than those of other shops I contacted days prior for a quote. See you guys at 5,000 miles (I will be better at maintaining my car thanks to Emmeet’s eye-opening professional input).

I came here for a tire rotation and coolant fluid flush, and had a great experience. Every staff member was super friendly and very attentive. They helped me create a quote but made it clear there was no pressure, which I really appreciated. The store manager even offered me a slice of pizza while I was waiting — such a nice touch! I had a great experience at Just Tires in Tustin today. We stopped by because the tire pressure on our Jetta had been consistently low and wanted to make sure there were no punctures. Tony came right out to help us, and they took our car in right away with no wait. The waiting area was clean and well maintained, and we were kept updated throughout the process. In the end, no punctures were found — just a bit of low pressure — and they topped off all the tires free of charge. Really appreciate the honesty and excellent service. A special shout-out to Tony for his professionalism, great communication, and friendly attitude. Highly recommend this location!

Emmit at Just Tires was awesome. I drive a Tesla and was burning through tires way too fast, but he took the time to explain how more frequent rotations could help. I listened, and it worked — I got significantly more mileage out of my tires this time around. Super knowledgeable, honest, and actually cares about helping customers save money. I’m honestly shocked by how badly I was treated at Just Tires. Tony, was unbelievably rude and disrespectful. I came in just looking for help and some basic answers, but instead, I was met with attitude and complete ignorance. It felt like he didn’t care about customers at all. I’ve never been treated this way before, and I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. People like Tony should not be in customer service. I’ll never go back again.Soooo bad. I won’t go anytime here ! 🤢🤢🤢

The shop on Edinger did a great job listening to my concerns, giving pricing, explaining the different options and setting up an appointment to get new tires on my car. He didn’t try to upsell unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated. They also do great work.
