I really like Eddie. He is one of the main guys here, maybe he's an owner, idk. But he is very easy to talk to about what is wrong with your car. He will take the time to explain what it is he will have to do and what it will cost you. His prices, thus far, have been quite reasonable. And, if he can't do something, he has no problem giving you a recommendation if you want a specialist. All around good vibes here.

Eddie and his dad are really good guys. They helped me with my flat tire short notice and I was so worried when I went in because I had my baby in the car with me and I was worried about the tire going flat on the 405 but after I left I knew everything that needed to be taken care of was fixed. They really put my mind at ease. Very glad I found this mechanic. :)

I highly recommend this place! I trusted my instincts after talking to Eddie over the phone about my car. The minute we walked into the shop, I knew I brought my car to the right place. I needed a transmission flush service. Considering the age and number of miles on my car, my car feels and runs well after this was completed. Eddie is a great mechanic, knowledgeable, fairly priced and provided a quick turnaround. I called in the late morning to replace my starter. You won't find a more honest and trustworthy mechanic anywhere! Eddie has sent me home multiple times saying I didn't need something fixed. When he does fix my car, it's done well. Wonderful local garage! Just moved to the area, and did a lot of research prior to selecting Town Garage. I brought a 2003 Avalon in for some expensive suspension work, and the inspection and suggestions were thoughtful and balanced performance and durability expectations with price and the condition of the car. I found the owner (Eddie?) very knowledgeable and trustworthy, explaining the options and impact of each selection. Very happy with the results and the price! The only word of caution is that it is a small shop, and sometimes hard to get them on the phone directly. But they will call you back. All in all, very happy with the find.

Town Garage is a rare find in the scary world of shady auto mechanics. It's smaller and no-frills, but Eddie the mechanic/manager is terrific. Prices are fair, appointment times are honored, and the service is solid. I almost don't want to post my review for fear that they will get (even) more busy! I’d been having AC issues with my Mitsubishi Lancer for a while. After trying the DIY route with no luck, I finally accepted it was time to call in the pros. After asking around, Town Garage came highly recommended—and now I completely understand why. Eddie quickly diagnosed the problem, got the AC working again, and even took care of an oil change and general check-up while they had the car. What really stood out was that they were able to fit me in same day. With a little one in tow, a hot car in the middle of summer is the last thing I need, so their fast, professional service made a big difference. I saw a review mentioning that it’s hard to get through on the phone. I did have to leave a message at first, but they called me back just a few minutes later. Totally understandable—when I got there, I saw it was just Eddie and (I’m guessing) his dad running both the front and the repairs. Considering how busy they were, I was genuinely impressed and grateful they squeezed me in. Super happy with the care and attention they gave. I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family from now on!

Eddie completely wrecked my car while providing a routine service. He tried to blame it on my car by saying the “brakes failed AFTER he serviced the car” which just shows the mechanic’s error and not a random brake failure like he so claimed? I understand mistakes will happen, and while this is annoying and possibly the worst Christmas gift ever. The reason I am truly upset is the complete lack of urgency and the misalignment between his words and actions. He initially said he felt bad so I gave him grace and was patient and kept my mouth shut. He gave me a 2 week estimate of my car being fixed even though I knew immediately from seeing the photos of the damage they would have to deliver parts and it would take longer due to the holidays, but I bit my tongue and trusted the so-called “expert”. It is now past 2 weeks and it is still NOT fixed! He was originally going to leave me WITHOUT a car for the duration of the time it was going to be fixed. I had to demand a rental be covered by him. And then the rental that I had found was “too expensive” (it’s literally the week of Christmas and I need a last minute rental). He decided to try to find a cheaper rate but was unable to, shocker, and I was stuck and unable to get a rental for 8 DAYS having to rely on others schedules to borrow their cars/get rides. At this point I get fed up and say I don’t care I’m picking up a rental. Here are my main issues: Do not say you are sorry about wrecking my car right before the holidays and then wait to drop off my car at another auto body shop. The day you dropped it off was jan 2nd (2 weeks after the wreckage)! Truly and honestly is going to be working on Christmas? Second, you should not say ANYTHING about the price of the rental when you were the one who damaged my car in the first place. Maybe the rental price would be cheaper if you took my car in sooner? Also acting like the rental is an amazing gesture from him when it is literally the bare minimum. I actually do expect you to drop everything and try your hardest to fix this insane mistake. Third, the audacity of this man to offer my car back to me saying it is still drivable in its wrecked condition just to avoid the additional rental car prices. Summary: Only go to Eddie if you are fine with losing your car for a month for just a simple service! If not, literally go ANYWHERE else.
