Thoroughly pleased with this team and their work! Prompt, professional and communicative throughout the process, my car has run beautifully since IAC worked on it a few months ago. On my first visit to Irvine Auto Care they seem to really care about customer trust. Before I was charged for anything I was sent not only an itemized work authorization request form which detailed the work needed to be done, it’s urgency, and cost, but I was also sent a video about the state of my vehicle which detailed what is working and what isn’t. I will be back for future auto work as long as this kind of service remains the status quo.

Today, I noticed a strange noise from my car's engine, so I started looking around for help and ended up here. Since I don't know much about cars and am a woman, I was worried that I might end up spending unnecessary money at such places. Despite not having an appointment today, they were willing to do a test drive for me, who needs to leave for Utah tomorrow, and managed to find and fix the problem. I wanted to tip them for their exceptional service, but they refused, saying that it's against company policy to accept tips. They were genuinely dedicated, kind, and honest with their service, leaving a great impression on me. I highly recommend this place to many women who are worried about car issues.

HIGHLY recommend this place. This is the only mechanic my husband and I will go to. They take honesty to the next level, and make the entire process seamless for people like me who know nothing about cars. They will send you a video of their findings and a simple link where you have the option to approve or decline services. Prices are decent and not overly inflated. Fantastic! Jake and John did a great job on keeping me posted, sending a detailed video on the vehicle's issues, what to fix and how much it is. Great turnaround as well and the great ratings on other websites are well deserved. In terms of value, parts are expensive, and this is not your uncle Joe tinkering with your vehicle but certified mechanics. I'd say, in terms of the work done, definitely yes. No need to post pictures of my Town & Country minivan but the oil filter housing was cracked, resulting in quite a bit of oil sprayed all over the engine and other components - John found one seized engine mount (the front one) and I wonder why my other usual mechanic did not catch that and lastly the front stabilizer link were worn (ditto). All fixed properly. 10/10 and I found a new place for regular minivan maintenance while neighbor Eddie at Town Garage can continue maintaining my Civic. Nice situation to have as both are walking distance from my Tustin address.

My car was signaling a low pressure tire, I came in to the shop next door but the wait was over 4 hours. I came in here and they said 15 mins so I was hooked. Everyone was nice and polite. 9/17/24 update John and the Irvine Auto Care team are still top notch. Thank you for taking care of our family vehicles. 1/15/2024 update... Still 5 Stars for John Brito & the team. From scheduling an appointment, vehicle drop-off, inspection and recommended services to pick up. Irvine Auto Care is only getting better. I'll be back again and again. Except with our 2018 Q7 this time. Made an appointment over the phone for a morning drop off at 8am. 1040am John let's me know car is all checked out and they're working on it now. Our vehicle is in great hands with Irvine Auto Care! 2 years ago- Just had a great service experience with Jon and the rest of the Irvine Auto Care team. I called yesterday to schedule service on a 2011 Lexus IS250. It was already afternoon so they didn't have any same-day openings, but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind waiting until the next day for morning drop off. I was greeted immediately by John and he is extremely knowledgeable and let me know exactly what to expect. 8am drop-off, 10:30am follow up with updates on the vehicle, and finally 2:45pm car is ready for pickup, they close at 5pm so no rush. Simple and easy. Thank you Irvine Auto Care, we'll definitely be back!

I have been used to taking whatever vehicle I have, to the dealership for repairs, maintenance and upkeep.  I have done this for years. However the most recent experiences I have had at a local dealership were very disappointing and so I started to look around for another source for my vehicles. Several neighbors suggested Irvine Auto Care and I tried them out. I highly recommend them. They are a game changer. They do a full inspection with video.Send it to your phone with a link.You view what they are seeing and what they are suggesting.   They break down the work to be done as very important to get done now, as well as suggested timelines for whatever work you want to put off for a little while for your budget or time constraints. If you bring in a work order from your regular place and ask them to do the inspection they will do it and compare what they suggest versus whatever your dealership might be trying to oversell. They are honest and careful. Respectful and easy to make appointments with. I've had several visits now and now I am a fan! I don't do very many reviews unless it is really bad or really good.  This place is really good and I mainly did the review for any other females out there who are sick of being taken advantage of and would like decent reasonable car maintenance for their vehicle.

I don’t usually write reviews, and this is my first ever Google review. I was incredibly impressed with the folks at Irvine auto care. They helped me service the brakes on my Hyundai Tucson. The service center at a local dealer recommended replacing all four brake pads and my front rotors. I wasn’t buying it, so I decided to get a second opinion here at Irvine auto care. They performed an inspection, shared a video recording with an extremely thorough and easy to understand explanation. They evaluated that only my front brake pads required replacement and my rotors can be resurfaced to extend their useful life. Their attention to detail, focus on customer care, and genuine transparency was very evident. I’ll be coming back.
