The WORST car dealership experience I’ve EVER had. The salesmen knew NOTHING about the car. I had already done a lot of research about the car and had driven several already. Initially, I was in fact, interested in purchasing the car. Then I was handed off to other people who attempted to convince me to go with their financing, which made ZERO sense because I already had my own financing in place that they could not come anywhere CLOSE to matching. Even when they knew this, they STILL kept trying and pretty much lost interest in my business as soon as they knew I was not going to finance with them. Once I got home, I realized they never gave me my ID back after the test drive. I immediately contacted them and they acknowledged they had it. I expressed that I needed it urgently and requested that they send it via overnight mail since I live at least 4.5 hours away (without traffic). I was given the runaround. I called multiple times to confirm and when I couldn’t get an answer, requested to speak to a manager—MANY TIMES. Every single time I was told they were not available, and every single time I asked to pass a message for the manager to call me back, but I never ONCE received a SINGLE call back, after the many calls I made and the many messages I left. It’s been 11 days now—and still no ID. A blessing though, because if they had gotten my ID back to me, I would have finalized my financing and bought a car with them. I’m so glad I didn’t!!!! Their ethics and integrity are despicable. Who knows what I might have gotten myself into. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!

He’s been for a few services and he always explains which services are recommended, but allows me to decide which fit my budget and schedule. I purchased a used truck from this dealership and the purchase process itself went smoothly, which is why I’m giving them 2 stars instead of 1. Unfortunately I’ve had an unresolved registration issue with the vehicle. I’ve called the dealership about four times over the past two months trying to get it resolved. Each time I manage to reach someone, I’m told they will look into it and call me back, but I never hear anything. Most recently I was assured someone would get back to me by the end of the day. That was three days ago and I still haven’t received a call or email. The issue has left me driving a vehicle with incomplete registration stickers, which means every time I drive it I have to worry about being pulled over even though I’ve already paid the registration. I normally try to resolve issues directly with a business before leaving a negative review, but after multiple calls over the past two months and repeated promises of follow up that never happened, I’m left feeling ignored. Since registration processing is handled through the dealership during the sale, I’m hoping someone there can step in and make sure this gets corrected. I would gladly update this review if the issue is resolved.

First impression upon arrival was the detail to cleanliness and the welcoming atmosphere. I was greeted by Issac the sales rep I made my appointment with who was professional and always double checked to assure everything stated was factual. I also was assisted by Edgar the sales manager who was professional and to the point. Walking out of a dealer satisfied is not as easy to obtain but these guys along with Oscar who helped me with the financing part made my experience smooth, comfortable and assured my needs were heard and met. It’s been almost a year since I purchased my GTI from Infiniti Tustin. Hands down Elijah was the absolute best to work with and extremely professional. I came in on a Friday after work after being there earlier to see the car in person on my lunch break. They were quite busy when I showed up after work but he assured me things would go smooth and it certainly did. I told myself I do not want to leave without that GTI. Buying a used car is always a gamble, especially one that is not wearing the logo the dealership displays on the building like my VW GTI. I trusted Elijah and the team there and it certainly paid off. I absolutely love my GTI and it has been an incredible car to own with zero issues from the day I drove it off the lot.
