The prices are good, but the wait is horrendous. Appointments are a joke. They say shop while you wait...so I did my shopping and then was stuck pushing a cart of groceries for another hour and a half. There is no area to wait in so I just awkwardly leaned against the building wall with my cart. Ultimately, I ended up waiting beyond their quoted time which was already longer than I expected. I made my appointment to avoid the worst traffic and ended up stuck in it anyways. I am not saying their work is bad, I am saying they are understaffed and overbooked and it is just not worth it for all the waiting. Getting tires installed should not be worse than a trip to the DMV. Also, their computer systems seem pretty outdated and are contributing to the long waits for the line in the lobby. Why bother having me enter my vehicle and tire purchase information when making my appointment online if I have to tell it all again to the technician to manually type in at check in?

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! SIGNIFICANTLY UNDERSTAFFED. I have been a Costco member for over 10 years and always used other professional tire shops in the area for tire needs. This time around, gave Costco Tire shop at this site a try for next set of wheels. This is when trouble started. Despite having an appointment, their lines were significantly longer and store personnel inattentive. It felt like they were understaffed and burnt out. Got my tires 2.5 weeks ago but staff won’t install it since they are busy! When it came time for my appointment, they ran out of the TPMS sensor so said, sorry can’t help! Never ever using them again. They need to stick to wholesale warehouse and not tires. The worst part- had senior elder patrons coming in to ask for help associated with tire rotation or flat and the staff was making them wait over 6-7 hours for 15-30 minute job!! The audacity was for a flat that no one plans for. Tire shop staff was asking them- do you have an appointment? Who plans for a flat?? In addition, their appointments were running 3 - 4 weeks out. Pathetic!

This is the second pair of shoes that has gotten grease/oil on them after I had my tires rotated at Costco. The first pair is ruined. I cannot get the grease off. I’m so angry. They left the lug nut lock device in my center console, left my trunk net unattached and got grease all over my gas or brake pedal and apparently other places in there. This is unacceptable!

FYI before you buy! This store does not do alignment after installation. I've never come across a shop that installs tires without an alignment, but this is it. Now I have to make another trip to a decent mechanic for more money and time wasted. I strongly recommend getting tire service done through any other company. I would have paid more to go somewhere else had I known how bad this place was going to be. BUT, if you need to get tire service through Costco, go to any other location than this one. If you have to buy through Costco: - Buy your tires online and ship them to any store that isn't this one. - Immediately schedule an appt to have them installed (the earliest available for me was 2 weeks out). - Plan for the possibility that Costco's shoddy work will require more effort on your part to get fixed. Other things to consider: - They do not have separate lines for walk-ins and appointments. Even if you schedule an appt, get there early because you will have to wait behind the walk-ins. - I highly recommend not showing up without an appt. - This store is really short-staffed and the poor employees are burned out and overworked (and it shows). Don't expect good customer service (especially without an appt.)

Not worth the little money you save. They typically don’t have enough staff. Have to wait for extended appointments to get tires. I had a flat and had to go around 6 days with spare until could get new tire and the. Appointment to open up. Would rather just pay a little extra and get great service love Costco for everything else

Walked in for a patch on my tire, paid and was told it will be a two and a half hour wait. I asked a mechanic when they could start working on my car after waiting for three hours. I was told it would be another two hour wait. After standing in line for 30 minutes to cancel and get a refund I started talking to other customers who were complaining about the wait times and delays. This seems to be a normal thing based on the staff who could hear us talking and having no reaction at all. This tells me it's a management issue and they can't do anything about it. Or they just don't care and know there isn't much Costco can do about the lack of bad labor. Either or I definitely would not come here again. These guys treat the place like it's the DMV. You stand in line for almost an hour just to get a number to stick on your car. And they tell people to go home and they will call them when the car is ready. The lady in front of me only needed one tire replaced and they told her she will need to come back tomorrow. That's how slow they are. I wasted my entire day because of the slow labor so don't make the same mistake I did. Go to a reputable shop. Even pay more just don't go here unless you don't care about taking an Uber home and leaving your car at the shop for a couple days.

Not that Costco care if their member are happy…. Shout out to Luis. You wasted two hours or so of my time. Had appointment at 10AM and got all the paper workout sorted out. Was green tag 3. Was told I am good to go and then car will ready in an 1 hour or so. Waited nearby as I don’t have my car. Came back and found car left untouched. My tag is still on the cashier table. And I saw tag 7 rolled in. Luis told me to take the tag and talked to people in the back. Because my car supposed to be done. Guess what? Ralph told me they can’t find my car becauseI supposed to put tag on my card myself, WHICH LUIS NEVER TOLD ME TO. And it was a miscommunication issue. So Luis blamed Ralph, Ralph blamed me. Kinda funny isn’t it. So two hour of my life were wasted. I have placed to be too, now my entire schedule is scrambled

The new tires that were replaced in June 2023 were found to be leaking yesterday. The staff who went to repair the tires this morning told me that the tires could not be repaired and asked me to replace them with new ones. The staff told me that because I did not replace the front and rear tires, I could only replace them with new tires and the mileage was about 10,000. The tires cannot be repaired and can only be replaced with new ones. This Costco tire store really makes me angry 💢 The staff shirks their responsibility

I arrived at this Costco Tire Center at 7:30 PM hoping to urgently buy and replace my tires. They close at 8:30 PM, so there was still one full hour left. My tires are in critical condition — it’s a safety issue — and I explained this to the staff. Despite having an active Executive Membership, they refused to help. The service was extremely disappointing. What’s the point of paying for a premium membership if it doesn’t provide basic support when it’s truly needed? I won’t be renewing my premium membership again. At best, I might switch to the basic one — or stop shopping at Costco entirely. Terrible customer service. Thanks for nothing.

We went to Costco Tire Center to inflate our tires. It’s around the corner next to the Tire Center. 3 air pumps. While we were there we noticed one of our valve stem caps was missing. The tire center guy just gave us one. Very friendly and helpful!

this place has terrible ratings which made me worry at first. Shout out to supervisor Ryan and his team who told me he can take me as his last walk in of the day even when other people initially said no they’re fully booked. Him and his team stayed over time until 7.15 pm (even though they close at 6pm) finishing up people’s cars and still worked on mine at the very end. They provided stellar service. I had a nail in my car and needed my tires replaced to get to work on Monday morning. Literal life saver.

I brought in my Tesla Model Y Performance to get the rear tires changed, and this has been one of the most frustrating service experiences I’ve ever had. • My original appointment took over 2.5 hours just to replace two rear tires. • When they finally brought my car back, they told me they had broken my left rear brake caliper. Instead of handling it, they told me I had to buy the replacement part myself, bring it back, and only then would they reimburse me. • After a lot of hassle, I finally tracked down the part, had it shipped, and brought it back. At that visit, I was turned away because they were “closing soon” and the manager “wasn’t in,” even though the manager had already told me to bring it in anytime. That wasted an entire day. • When I came back again to finally get the repair done, the process was delayed another two hours with no clear communication. What should have been a straightforward tire change turned into multiple wasted trips, unnecessary stress, and poor accountability. Instead of taking responsibility up front, they pushed the problem onto me, and every step since has been a drawn-out struggle. I expected Costco to stand behind their service, but this was the opposite. If you value your time and your car, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before bringing your vehicle here.

I had 3 of my wheels damaged during a tire balance and rotation around a month ago. When I mentioned it to the manager, I was told that the equipment commonly does that. I've never had a wheel damaged during a balancing, let alone 3 of 4. I also have very common, stock Toyota wheels. One wheel additionally had a deep gouge from where they rested the outside face of the wheel against the wheel hub as they worked on other wheels. Before leaving, I was told to fill out an incident report and I would hear back within a week. Still waiting for a response.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with Costco Tire center. I brought my car here for a simple tire rotation and balance. I dropped it off early, and was told that they can bring my car in. I waited 30 minutes past my appointment time, and my car is still not picked up. I burned 2 hours of my days here waiting. I will never bring my car into this center again. Truly hope Costco management read this, or maybe costco is too big that their employees and service can just be as horrible as this.

Very poor service and zero responsibility. On January 9 I replaced all four tires here for over $700. The next day I discovered that one TPMS sensor stopped working — the dashboard showed “No data”. On January 10 and 11 I returned several times, waited over 1.5 hours, spoke to different managers each time, and felt like I was talking to a wall. No one listened. They eventually confirmed that one sensor was not working, but refused to cover the cost. I was told that Costco would not pay for the sensor, and that I could either pay for it myself or take the car as is. Since I needed a functioning vehicle, I had no choice but to pay $66. This is a common issue after tire installation, yet Costco Tire Center takes no responsibility for damage. Be aware — you may leave with new tires and a problem they won’t fix. ⭐ Do not recommend.
