DO NOT recommend this place. Purchased a coolant exchange(see receipt attached). Check engine light on one day after receiving service. Coolant was not level. They checked my intake filter but did not clip the cover back into place properly. Said they checked tire pressure but tires are low within a week. Went back to get my coolant topped off and check engine light diagnostic. The service advisor took no accountability for all the issues with their service. Go at your own risk.

Terrible service all around. After having my call transferred 4 times and everyone telling me I need to speak with someone else because I was transferred to the the wrong department, they hung up on me when I told them they had terrible service. I just want the Mopar/Magna Flow exhaust system installed on my RHO. Should not be that hard to get someone to help me.

One of their technicians scraped my car while parking. It’s minor damage but all the way through the paint. The person that called did not apologize (eventually the manager did). They said would fix the car if I brought it back the following week. I asked for some sort of compensation since it was the first accident on a car that was only 2 years old and now I had to add bring the car in again, be without my car all week, and then come back to get the car. I asked if they would give me a filter change as compensation and they would not. I asked for their liability insurance so I could deal with them directly and the manager would not give it to me. She said she would call corporate. It’s been a week and I have heard nothing back.

Dont go the people are rude and not helpful whatsoever, I took my car there to get fixed and 3000 dollars later and all I could do is drive it home it was there for 3 months and literally it. Was covered in dirt they didn’t even wash it also left a dirty pair of socks I had to go back 3 times for battery replacement cause there batteries are faulty and I dread it every time I go I wish I never have to deal with the these miserable people again

Everyone i came on contact with was courteous , professional, and friendly. It was a smooth transaction. All my questions were answered to my satisfaction. My car was detailed after my purchase, and gas was put in the tank. I have driven my car for about a week. I was told at my purchase that the car had been serviced. As it turned out, I received a cluster display indicating that my car was 2 quarts low on oil. I was disturbed by this. I put the recommended oil in the vehicle at a cost of $25 and the display turned off. Hopefully there was no engine damage.Then received a display that the vehicle has not been serviced since March, which contradicts what my salesmen told me. I feel like I got the typical 'sales' pitch from my salesman just to sell the vehicle. I will take the vehicle to a BMW dealer to service at a cost of $400.. Other than those issues I enjoy the vehicle.

Poor customer service The technician mentioned car needs oil change but my car is full electric . Charges was not discussed prior service and not magee or our sales representatives was in the dealer that day . We have more questions about our lease that I was expecting to clarify during the car service. Very sad expecting at this dealer and service at Tustin. Hope we can get a call.

I visited the service department expecting basic professionalism and customer assistance. When I approached the service advisor station, I politely greeted Alaine Johnson and said “Happy New Year,” then asked where my service advisor, Moe, was so I could receive service. Instead of assisting me or notifying her coworker that a customer was waiting, Alaine Johnson responded in a rude and dismissive manner, stating, “I don’t know where Moe is. Every time you come here, you ask me where Moe is.” This comment was unnecessary, unprofessional, and not appropriate for a customer service environment. I did not raise my voice or behave disrespectfully in any way. I was simply trying to receive service from my assigned advisor. A reasonable and professional response would have been to either assist me directly or contact Moe to let him know a customer was waiting. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I reported this issue to the Service Manager, George Apkarian, who was very helpful, professional, and took the time to listen and follow up. I appreciate his attitude and willingness to address the situation. At this point, I am awaiting a response regarding corrective action. If this matter is not addressed appropriately, I will escalate my concerns to Tuttle-Click corporate management and Stellantis customer care. Customer service standards and staff training should not be optional, and this interaction did not meet the level of professionalism expected from a dealership representing major automotive brands.

the new paperless approach worked well. booked online, dropped off to a real person, they send a video update of my jeep inspection, then any additional options needed are advised, i can except the work or dismiss, pay online, get notified jeep was ready, and go pick it up! if you still like talking to humans, the guys in service are chatty! probably the best automated/human customer service i’ve experienced!
