I had my RF CV Shaft replaced at the Tire Choice Tustin location. Unfortunately, the same front-right shaft issue has returned, which shows the repair wasn’t done properly. I followed up with them multiple times—including a formal email explaining the issue and requesting support—but never received any response. This kind of poor communication and lack of accountability is extremely disappointing. They completely ignoring a customer’s follow-up is unprofessional and reflects badly on the company. I expected better service from a reputable a name, but after this experience, I won’t be coming back and cannot recommend their services to others.

Made an appointment online for 11 am. When I got there on time, I was told that the wait is about three hours. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment if you have to wait this long? Really crappy booking service these people have. Canceled the appointment and moved on to Jiffy Lube. Got the whole thing done in less than 20 minutes, and that’s without an appointment.

Kevin to the rescue after on Memorial Day where every tire shop around our neighborhood was closed due to the Holiday and our 2017 CRV Honda car had a flat tire. To our surprise, the quick service to patch the tire allowed us to enjoy our Holiday safely. Excellent customer service and the shop provided a clean and comfortable lobby room for us to enjoy a good quiet place to read while waiting for the tire to be repaired ! Thank you Kevin

If you black don’t go there, they won’t help you. When you first get there, they’ll ignore you and act like they don’t see you, then when you ask for the service you need, they’ll tell a price then after you agree to it, say it’s going to be a two hour wait to get a tire patched, when they only have 1 car they’re working on. Never again

I found the shop mountain View tire and auto service 14511 Red Hill Ave Tustin, CA 92780 from Carid.com as a tire installer. i called how much cost to instale tires. The answer $30 a tire. Then I asked how much will cost IRONMAN® - IMOVE GEN 3 AS (225/45ZR18 91W) in their place. The answer was $77 a tire. I asked how much total for 4 tires and instalation. First the man answer was around $700. I thought I dont hire right, asked again if the tire is 177 a tire, he answer $77. Then I asked from where it come the $700? Then he said it will cost $505. Do they think woman is a stupid or so? They do not treat custumer with respect to lie and try to rip of. The set of tires cost $308 plus 120 instalation (twice much then in Walmart) what come to $428 not a $700 or $505! Then the man try to stop me when I said I am going to wWalmarkt for Goodyear tires for the price with instalation. Walmarkt have discounts on tires .I do NOT recomend that kind of people or service.It start on begining wrong!

I went in for an alignment and tire rotation. Nissan Frontier 2022 Right away the mechanic states You need all 4 tires Struts are prob done (based on 56k miles) I reply I’m going to buy rims in the near future I’ll replace all tires then He tells me If you are not going to invest in 4 tires right now, then we won’t perform the work. Hands me my keys back. It’s none of his business When I want to replace my tires I’m paying for a service 1) Balancing tires 2) Alignment

Was on the 5 and the TPMS noted a sudden drop of 10 lbs. in one tire. We were on our way to the hospital to see a friend who had surgery. We checked out reviews and took a chance. These folks were great! Installed our spare and sent a driver through traffic to get a matching tire as the one leaking could not be repaired. And, they stay open later to make sure all was great for us. Jesse Vivas and the team are wonderful! I recommend without any reservations whatsoever.

I just had one of the best and honest car / mechanic shop service! As a female, it has always been a worrying experience wondering if you're getting scammed or given dishonest service. But from my first encounter which was over the phone to the in person, I couldn't of been more pleased. I got a quote for tires which actually beat another local tire shop. But not only that, when I asked if it included alignment, he said it didn't. But because I had already mentioned it was my birthday (truly) and I was already trying to get the best pricing, he said he'd do that for free...and he did! Martinez, the manager, also litterally delivered with the tires being ready to install the next day! On top of it all, the shop both dropped me off and picked me up. Jesse was also very personable and I really felt extremely comfortable that they were providing a service that I felt they would to their own family member. I am so beyond pleased that I will be recommending not just the tires but their shop which does oil changes and other mechanical services. Believe me, I'll be a loyal customer from here on out! Thank you, Martinez, Jesse and team! All so trustworthy to leave you with good piece of mind.

Was recently traveling from California to the state of Washington. Early in my trip I had a tire issue. Found this place of business near me. Called. Was told they had the tire in stock and would be about 2 hours. Ended up taking over 4 hours. Not great communication inside the store. Was eventually told there were four cars that required the exchange of all four tires before me. However there were no other customers in the shop. At one point, about 3 hours in, they drove my vehicle back to the repair shop. Where it sat for another hour while all the team members disappeared into the snap-on tool van that came for the next 45 minutes. The actual work and repair was done satisfactory.
