The left rear tire was leaking air. I took my car to America Tire Depot at Tustin for assessments of the damages caused by a nail punch. Juan was so calm and confident (vs i was stressed) to take control of the situation, he said "don't worry, we will take care of you..... either to patch the hole or to replace the tire. Today was a very busy day. Parking lot was almost full. One by one the cars get fixed. I waited about 40 minutes. Juan called my name. "Your car is done. We patched the hole and the patch will last as long as the tire itself." Total relief on my part. He asked me to sign a invoice with zero balance. I was puzzled to say "the workers are working for nothing??" He said: "no worries, if you trust us, bring your car to us next time for serious repairs, we will take good care of it." My impression of this shop is that they are competent, trust worthy and fair.

Booked an appointment for 1:00 PM and showed up on time, only to be told by the front desk that it would be a 2+ hour wait because they had “too many cars.” The staff member was rude and dismissive, showed no interest in helping, and simply blamed the call center for booking the appointment — as if that’s the customer’s problem. No apology, no attempt to find a solution, no care at all. If appointments mean nothing and walk-ins are prioritized, be upfront about it. I would not recommend booking an appointment here unless you’re prepared to waste half your day.

Had a hole in my trailer tire. They couldn’t patch it. But needed a new tire. Initially seemed don’t have one available but then looked and found one. They even had a driver go get only 1 tire. I think they made nothing on it. But service was great. They even recommended the cheaper tire but was good. Definitely recommend. Oh and they were busy but did in a couple hours.

I had noticed that my tire was leaking air. I went to Big O Tires, in the area and three hours before they were closing and they turned me away. Their customer service was not very great. So in the parking lot very worried and concerned, I contacted American tire I spoke with someone at the dispatch office named Luis and he was so kind and checked with the local location. I was looking at and Ricardo helped me. He was so kind and caring and made me feel like I wasn’t a nuisance. They were quick and able to repair my tire for me! I would recommend them 100 times over. Nothing but an amazing experience here. Juan, Ricardo, AND Jonathan helped me out with my very last minute valve issue. I called 5 minutes before showing up and they quickly got me in. I was a little skeptical at first because my first valve issue didn’t get resolved, so I wasn’t sure if this place would help me; but I can now see the difference in work. I am so glad this place was nearby and in such an easy place to find. I immediately told others how quickly I was helped and how happy I was with their service!

These guys are great at this location! Especially Cody! I have been working with another Tire Shop that gave me two wrong size tires on my vehicle And I’ve been trying to get on the phone with them for over an hour now they put me on several holds. I called this Shop one time and Cody picked up immediately and got me the tire that I needed by 4 PM today. He was able to do all of that in under five minutes! Great customer service

I originally purchased tires for my 2021 Subi Outback at American Tire Depot 2 years ago. I returned to have my tires balanced and checked, as well as other car services that were needed. I came in 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday to get a quote and recommendation for my tire had a nail. They informed me that they would have to take out the nail to evaluate the damage, but reassured me it would be no cost to patch it up. They were so kind to help me PAST their closing hours on their weekend, the service was super quick and they sent me off with a couple quotes if I ever decided to purchase new tires. I will definitely be coming back to this location for any future tire needs!
