The lady in the front was rude and short. The salesman was scratching at the small scratches with his finger nail, which I though was unprofessional. Then i get a quote after waiting 20 minutes in the waiting room which smells bad. The quote is over $1000 for two small scratches. I wouldn't recommend.

Scheduled an appointment for an estimate. Arrived a little early, after calling to see if they had bandwidth to see me a few minutes early. The nice lady at the desk assured me that Moro would be right with me. After paging him three times, Moro came and assisted the party who arrived after me. So after waiting 40 minutes, and 20 minutes after my original appointment, I suggested to Moro that he lost a customer. He replied that he didn’t care. He was too busy defending a crappy paint job to another customer to take care of me. Avoid.

Our Mirai automobile was taken there by the tow company after back end bumper accident to replace bumper and paint, since they are next door to Toyota dealer . They promised the car in 16 days , so far it’s been 5 weeks , ever time we call to see what the hold up is it’s another excuse they ordered the parts incorrectly , they still need to paint and check electric system. The do seem to have a problem keeping their word and if they have worked on these cars so often why was there a mess up when ordering the parts. This is a leased vehicle and I think they need to pay the months lease we were without a vehicle. There is something not right going on there oh perhaps total incompetency !

I called to get an appointment and was basically told to go elsewhere. That is a really bad way to run a business if you ask me but then again it's not mine. I am going to drive a few minutes more for another place, I will make sure my insurance knows so it saves others the trouble. It's not the first time I have come across a hostile front desk, but it's still shocking to me. If you come knocking on my door with a pile of insurance money, I will make sure you have a pleasant experience so you will buy our services. I don't own a business or run a business, but I know who writes my paycheck -customers.

This review is definitely overdue, but I had to make sure to share my experience with Bodycraft Collision Center. I've taken my car (a 2019 Mazda 3) to Bodycraft on multiple occasions (first at their other/old location across the Tustin Auto Center and most recently at their location right next to the Tustin Mazda dealership) for repairs ranging from major to minor. They've done a great job every time. More importantly, the service is EXCELLENT. Jon Perez is literally the best of the best. He's so easy to work with and really looks out for his customers. I have complete confidence that I'm always getting a fair deal, and while I really hope I don't have to use their services again moving forward, if I ever am in need of a repair I will absolutely be going to see Jon at Bodycraft. Highly, highly recommend to anyone in need of a repair!

I went to Bodycraft Collision that was situated directly behind the Service Center drop-off area of the Mazda dealership in the Tustin Auto Center to get an estimate. When I arrived, the Mazda service center drop-off was filled with cars, and that had blocked the access to Bodycraft, so I parked my car at Mazda drop-off area and walked a few steps to the body shop. I waited in the office for a few minutes, and then an old lady (seated at the front service desk) asked "what can I do for you?". I told her I needed an estimate but my car was stuck at Mazda service entrance. She looked at the service entrance and said that since the access was blocked, I needed to find my way around the Mazda building to bring the car to her. She was not only unwelcoming but her tone of voice was rather rude. She could have been be polite and could have also (or asked someone to) walked a few steps to view the car. However, thanks to this lady, I got the impression that Bodycraft Collision may not provide a good level of customer service, although they could be a good body shop, so I just went to another nearby body shop to get my car fixed.

I had taken my Rx350 with such a bad dent in the fender and with some minor impact on the bumper too because of fender dent. I had a great experience with Jon Perez in getting that fixed. Amazing finish from his team. Looks like a brand new car now. Before I got referred to Bodycraft, I had been to couple of other places which were well rated. But the quote they both gave were super expensive and they were quoting to replace so many parts unnecessarily. When I went to Jon, he took enough time to look at each each damage carefully and said it was good enough to replace just the fender and retainer. Thanks to Jon for being honest and great work by his team.

1st time I had a car accident, I brought my car here at this shop, they fixed it and everything was ok. But 2nd accident coming here was horrible experience. I brought my car to fix minor scratches around the passenger side of the car. The bodyshop kept my car over 3 weeks to repair, and I had a rental car on the day I dropped off the car. I had message them every time to find out whats the status of the repair. The associates were very rude to me in response and kept delaying the work longer and longer. They charged more than what was estimated originally from my auto insurance. And I was told to pick up the car today by the end of the day. Around 4:30 the associate from Bodycraft calls me to pick up the car. And they are closing the office by 5:00PM. Can you believe that? I had to rush all the way from Newport beach to make it before 5:00 to pick up my car. I called and told them it was impossible to make it by 5:00pm. So they waited 15 more mintues for me to arrive and pick up the vehicle. They billed my insurance $2444.38 and charged me $2217.92 ontop of my insurance bill which the total came out $4662.30. I don't know what I did to these people, why were they rude to me and kept delaying to fix my car. I would never ever return back to this place again, and will tell everyone else. And I will complain to Bureau of Automotive and BBB for sure.
