I'm writing this review on behalf of my partner. Since your GM can't seem to make the time and address this horrific experience that happened at your location. I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at your dealership, specifically from Service Manager Mr. Greg Murphy. My experience has been extremely upsetting, unprofessional, and unacceptable, and I believe it warrants your immediate attention. My vehicle is a 2022 Ford Bronco Sport with 86,000 miles, out of warranty. I initially brought my car in for service due to issues I was experiencing. Mr. Murphy offered to help by replacing my transmission and water pump at no cost, stating he would seek assistance from Ford as a goodwill gesture. He provided a rental car, and one of repairs was completed the replacement of the transmission was completed after nearly five weeks. However, after picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed a horrendous smell of chemicals leaking into the cabin and strange noises. I returned the vehicle, and Mr. Murphy arranged for it to be checked again. During this process, I was informed that a cracked catalytic converter was now an issue, costing $2,500 to repair, with a 50% discount offered. I explained that I did not have the financial means to cover this repair at the time. On March 10th, I went to pick up my car, and Mr. Murphy was unavailable. I had questions about the catalytic converter’s damage, specifically how it could have cracked during repairs, as my car was not making these noises before. When I asked, Mr. Murphy became visibly upset, dismissive, and condescending. He told me I had no right to speak to him directly and instructed me to return the rental and leave immediately. In a subsequent meeting with another staff member, I attempted to clarify my concerns in person, bringing my friend for support. Mr. Murphy’s behavior escalated further, becoming rude, yelling at us, and ultimately telling us to leave his office. He showed clear disrespect and a dismissive attitude, which I have never experienced before in any customer service setting. Despite leaving multiple messages to the dealership’s general manager explaining my experience, I have yet to receive any response. This treatment is unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed in how I was treated as a customer. I urge you to investigate Mr. Murphy’s conduct and ensure that customers are treated with respect and professionalism. I also request a prompt response regarding my concerns and the resolution of my issue. Thank you for your immediate attention to this matter. Sincerely, Daniella Marquez
