What started as a small crack in the windshield has now spread across almost the entire windshield. The small crack was there for about a year and a half, but shortly after these guys filled it, it started to spread. And now I’ll need to replace the whole windshield. Don’t use these guys for windshield repair.

Took my car in for service cause it had a check engine light. Took about my week to get my car back however once I got to the desk to pay they give me a fix it ticket that their worker got In my car and now I have to pay it ? It’s unbelievable how they care about there customers also just to add on top they supposedly did an “oil change “ yet didn’t even bother to rest the oil life

They have excellent service. It's very clean and organized here. I appreciate that I could get a loaner car while they worked on my car. I have to travel 30 minutes so it is very helpful. I just had them diagnose my problem and did not have the work done here but they are very personable and understanding. I like that they text you with updates. That is awesome!

My most recent visit was triggered by a recall inspection. The recall process was a bit mismanaged at the beginning as I received a few conflicting messages on scheduling for the recall inspection. But once it's finally confirmed, the inspection went flawless and deserved a 10 on my evaluation. This Infiniti dealership is well managed IMHO.

This is hands down one of the most incompetent service departments I have ever dealt with. The service advisors are consistently clueless, unprofessional, and seemingly untrained. There is never any continuity—every visit brings a new advisor, which clearly reflects a revolving door of staff and terrible management. This isn’t about one bad experience; this is the same ongoing problem every single time I bring my vehicle in. Customer service is non-existent. They nickel-and-dime you at every opportunity, yet still manage to produce sloppy, vague work orders with little to no useful information. Having “elite status” is completely meaningless here—there are no perks, no priority, and certainly no respect. Loaner vehicles are never available, and they make zero effort to work with other dealers to source parts, causing unnecessary delays and inconvenience. To make matters worse, multiple service managers have cycled through this dealership, which only reinforces how dysfunctional and poorly run this department is. There is no accountability, no improvement, and no willingness to adapt or fix obvious problems. I started this review calling the service department inept, and I’ll end it the same way: this place is a textbook example of how not to run a service operation. two stars and that's a stretch

My name is Joseph, Overall, it was a good experience. Joel was my service advisor, his experience was shown through his customer service skills. I came in with a concern about my DAS system (codes: c1130 & c1138). Joel addressed and resolved the issue. I did have a scuff on my rear spoiler when getting home. I came back to the dealership to compare photos, and the scuff was handled by the detailing team free of charge, hassle free. He provided a complimentary car wash for the inconvenience. The only draw down is services do take a while, it will take several hours after arriving.
