I have been taking my cars to this place for almost 10 years now. Everyone here is honest, polite, and maybe the most important part... They do great work. I have gotten my catalytic converter, ECU, brakes, rotors, distributor, and more done here over the years. They have easily added another 75000 miles to my older car. Bottom line is that you can feel safe getting your car serviced here.

I have been going to this Midas shop for at least 10 years to service my "fleet" of elderly vehicles. They have been extremely trustworthy and honest every time. If a have a suspicious noise or the check engine lights come on, they inspect for any problems. They usually just reassure me and without a charge! They will provide me with their current coupons even if I am not aware of them. Their fees are usually lower than other shops.I strongly recommend this business.

Amazing customer service. I came In with my tire quickly losing air and had just picked up my kids from school. They were so quick to immediately get my tire off, repair the patch and have me on my way within the matter of minutes. I’ve never had service like this in the past. I've been taking my Jeep Patriot to Tustin Midas for about 5 years and I trust them implicitly. They've helped me out so many times, explained everything so I understand what has to be done (and in what order of importance),and are always polite and friendly. I’ve been going to this Midas in Tustin for probably close to 10 years. The employees have always been so great to work with, friendly and honest. If I can’t afford to have something done at that moment, i’ll ask their opinion on whether or not it’s OK to wait a little longer. I take road trips every few months or so, and they will let me know if it’s safe to drive that far if I can’t afford to it fix it at that time. Marco, David, and Henry have all been awesome to work with. I’ve spoken to a few of the other guys, but unfortunately, I don’t know their names. I highly recommend this Midas!

I was happy with my experience at this location. One of my headlights was out, so I bought a replacement and came to this location to have it replaced. I was helped by Donald, who accommodated me immediately. Unfortunately, the headlights I had been sold were defective, so Donald advised me to refund the ones I bought and get a new pair. I did just that. After doing so, I returned and Donald was able to fix me up, free of charge. This entire process took 15 minutes tops. Thanks to Donald for the prompt and courteous service!
