They are basically drop shippers, they marked an item as in stock that they don’t have in stock and instead ship directly from the manufacturer, and after numerous attempts to reach out (including being told to email a non existent email, thanks Holden.) I finally found a channel they actually respond through and was told they needed to reach out to the manufacturer to tell me if the product was even available. After a couple days of waiting I just asked to have it refunded and they have the audacity to try and withhold the cost of shipping when they never even had the product let alone shipped it. Trash company and trash service.

Wow - AMAZING customer service! I had made an error and purchased something prematurely, so contacted Stratton at Keentek to cancel the order. Through no fault of his own, there were some problems refunding me through Paypal, but he was always very quick to respond and extremely polite and courteous. I very much appreciate all of his time and patience getting my refund through, and I give 10 stars for outstanding customer service. For that reason alone I would recommend people to come here, and I will definitely look at their site for a future purchase. Thank you, Stratton!

Keentek has proven many times by staying on top of important projectsat my company. It has been more than 2 years I am working the Keentek team . They are not just amazing at suggesting the right solution quickly but also provide great technical support when needed. I don’t have much time to keep looking what are the latest and greatest solutions available and Keentek has always provided me great suggestions in what I should use for my conference rooms.
