This place is a big no. They say anything just get your money. They said they would fix a bumper and cracked windshield on the car I wanted. Then later said that they do not do repairs and the car would be sold as is. I got a way better deal at a different place.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but my experience deserves to be shared. Working with Ricky and Cory was disappointing. They rushed through the process, seemed more focused on getting out the door than helping me find the right car, and I never felt like they were actually listening to what I wanted. Because of that, I decided to take my business elsewher, and I’m so glad I did. Volkswagen Southtowne took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and got me into the perfect car with zero hassle. If you want a dealership that actually cares about your needs, I’d recommend skipping Ricky and Cory and going straight to Volkswagen Southtown and asking for Skielar. They actually listen to you there.

I had been a loyal customer for years — until this experience. During my annual service, the service department explicitly told me that a radiator/coolant service was due. Relying on that representation, I agreed to have the service performed. Shortly afterward, I began losing coolant. At first I assumed it was normal condensation, but eventually the low-coolant warning appeared, confirming an actual leak. When I contacted the dealership, I was told the service could not have contributed because the coolant was removed using a vacuum and no parts other than the radiator cap were disturbed. After researching this myself, I learned that Volkswagen does not specify any routine coolant replacement or radiator service interval for a 2018 Golf GTI. In other words, the service I was told was “due” was not manufacturer-required maintenance. I also learned that such a vacuum procedure places unusual stress on aging seals and fittings, which can push marginal components into active leakage. The car had been leak-free for years prior to this service, yet the service department deflected responsibility rather than meaningfully engaging with the issue. As a result, I no longer trust their maintenance recommendations.

Where is my money? I love Ken Garff’s motto: “We hear you.” Unfortunately, that hasn’t been my experience. I bought my car at the end of May and had a great sales experience. Three weeks later, the car broke down halfway to Saint George, causing me to miss a wedding. I had only been using the car to commute to work, so hadn't put many miles on it. The issue turned out to be a failed transmission—on day 27 of ownership. Thankfully it happened within the 30-day window, because reaplcing a transmission costs thousands. Of course, this raised serious concerns about the inspection process. Why was this not reported or fixed before selling the car? I paid $1,000 out of pocket to have the car towed back to Orem and was promised reimbursement. The transmission was fixed, and after two attempts, the cigarette smell in the car was finally resolved. It is now 2026. My car was towed in June 2025, and I still have not been reimbursed the $1,000. I have gone in monthly for updates and have repeatedly been told, “We’ll take care of it by tomorrow.” There have been a lot of tomorrows and I've got school, bills and a car to pay. Ken Garff, you say “We hear you.” I don’t feel heard. Where is my money? Update: I got my money as of last Friday!

I got a vehicle from Ken graffiti, I was helped by Tyler. After everything was done Tyler called back a few days later and gave me the info I asked for that all fluids were flushed and new tires were put on that everything was taken care of, I drove 10,000 miles until it broke down on me, I then called their office and left a message with my number and what the problem is and I haven't received a call back or even an answer in 3 weeks. Careful what you get here you might end up screwed like me!

Sales side was fine, just the usual run around with add ons, online pricing discrepancies, etc. The service leaves little to be desired, however. My brand new car was in service off and on over 2 weeks, with minimal communication/conflicting information. I always had to be the one to reach out to get updates. Told the parts could take months to arrive then when I contact corporate they magically show up next day. Only to be told they had the parts all along. Had to take my car back and forth because the timing of the service was incorrect, they were inconsistent with having loaners available. All in all a very frustrating experience. I also find it interesting the general manager posts his email on reviews to contact then has yet to contact me back. My husband had also reached out to the sales manager, also to no avail. I don’t really feel “seen” or “heard” as Ken Garff likes to blast on every billboard down I15.

The people there were very on hand, cordial and very nice to deal with. Great sales team. I would recommend checking this place out. They have great deals and beautiful cars in their lot. I got a awesome deal on my used car and it turned out to be a lot nicer than I thought it would be.
