Would not replace the anti lock sensor on my RV it only took jacking up drivers side removing wheel and 1bolt to install new sensor.

Came in for help, was told to go on YouTube to fix the problem. Terrible service to spend $80k on an Escalade. Thankfully I don’t live the area and use a different service center that provides quality service.

In my experience, they do not repair anything. All they want to do is replace, replace, replace. The ashtray in the rear seat was taken out by a grandchild. They want $380 to replace the ashtray. I wont go into other issues, but most likely I won't go back. Ridiculous!

Classic shop experience: price gouging and horrible communication. Found an brand new original OEM oil pan for our vehicle repair for hundreds of dollars less than what they were wanting to charge us for it and refused to use any part but the one they sourced themselves. Don't bother with this shop.

0 STARS! STAY AWAY! Came in today for oil change and tire rotation. During waiting, I was told that the lug nuts of ALL 4 WHEELS of my car were swollen. They could not take off the wheels to do tire rotation and asked $214 to replace the lug nuts. Sounds RIDICULOUS, right? I asked them to show me how the swelling was. Of course they didn’t want me to nail them and refuse my request, told me they would just change the oil. Left this place and found a tire shop to rotate tires. The tire shop finished their work soon and said nothing was wrong and no swelling was found. I have kept all the receipts today. Guess who is the LIAR in this room?

BUYER BEWARE!!! I made an appointment with Kevin Whitaker on 8/10 because my stabilitrak light came on. My advisor MIKE called me and informed me my engine had locked and for them to fix it I’ll have to pay $8500. I declined and he stated I still needed to pay the $150 diagnostic fee. I paid and got my key. I walked out to my truck and just out of curiosity I wanted to see if my truck would start. As I turned the ignition my truck started. I went to the front desk to inform the employee of my concerns and he stated yea it’s weird, but your advisor and the technician is not here. I got a second opinion from another body shop and my engine was perfect the issues was my valve spring came loose. Obviously Kevin Whitaker either didn’t do a diagnostic test as promised or tried to scam me out of $8500.

Refused manufacture warranty service today. No reason. Update! I am going to assume Kevin Whitaker refused to service my truck, under warranty, because of Escude chevy putting a fake sublet order in. I'm gonna give Kevin Whitaker the benefit of the doubt they would have fixed my issue if Escude had not played games.

The “drop off” service was very convenient. Part of my service was to rotate my tires. I was charged for that service but noticed that it was not done. Alvin, the service manager, agreed and promptly had it done. I would prefer to not have to be the one to check to see if service was done properly.

My truck broke down and I had it towed to kevin whitaker to get repaired, where ive had many repairs done in the past. I paid my bill to get my keys to get truck later that night because I didnt have an extra driver. When I picked it up immediately noticed my ac/heat along with heated and cooled seats quit working. I've owned this truck for a while its a 2020 and has 72k miles so I know the truck. Tried to get a hold of Lenny the next day was told twice he would call me back and never did. Called them the next day and finally got a hold of him and was told there was no way that what they did would have caused this to happen and that I would more than likely be looking at another repair bill that this happens all the time. I will never trust them again with any vehicle of mine and I will never purchase another vehicle here because I feel I got GOT.
