Sonny, I believe strives to do a good job at a fair price. The only suggestion I would give that when a vehicle is brought in for an oil change, that all fluids are checked and topped off. Also that air filters are checked engine and cabin and that wipers are checked. Sonny's team tries to catch any necessary repairs needed which I appreciate.

A brief description of the picture that you are looking at that. This is my strut mount in two pieces it is supposed to be one unit. So they put it back on knowing it was broken and sent me on my way.It sounded like my front end was falling apart! It took them 9 HOURS to change my shocks and struts.I had to bring it to another shop to get fixed.DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!

These guys are the best. Took my aging Corolla to pep boys for an oil change, and they diagnosed a cracked exhaust manifold, saying to take it to a muffler shop, and it might cost up to $7-800 to replace. Made the drive to take it here, and they welded the crack shut for less than half the cost. My family's been coming here for 10+ years and could tell lots of stories like this. We trust them completely and have never had any complaints.

Don’t want to leave this review but it’s only fair. It’s been about two months since we came to this shop. Me and my dad were looking for a shop in the center we first went with Danny’s Auto shop unfortunately they don’t work on older models so we decided to check out Key Nissan based on good reviews and the Car we have is a Nissan so we figured hey they might know about Nissan vehicles etc. so we went inside made an appointment explained our issue etc, came back few days later to drop off car and they had to do a full car diagnostic came out to around $200-220 I believe we paid. Later on the day they called and said they were keeping the vehicle overnight since they weren’t able to figure what was wrong. Next day they called me again and they said it might be an electrical issue and they said it’s going to be an extra charge of $250 for an electrical diagnostic, which was okay since we wanted to get the car up and running great. So they did the electrical diagnostic and they found a code for a fuel injector not working well. So I told them to replace it and they ordered the part was around $170 & got it done so later on the day we went to go pick it up and they were positive the car was good now so we tested the vehicle and now the car would stall out so we brought it back to the shop and told them so my dad went with the mechanic for a test drive and he noticed the issue my dad was not happy so he left the truck another night next day my dad went to the shop and apparently they still needed time and got a call later on that the car needed spark plug wires so we said okay change them and we paid around $160 I believe it was so we went to pick up the car tested it and now the truck is worse shaking and stalling we weren’t happy, the mechanic and my dad went for a test drive and it was worse then before apparently the mechanic had moved the distributor timing around so it needed to readjusted. The mechanic wasn’t able to figure out how to adjust it since they don’t have a timing light and the truck is RUNNING WORSE than what we brought it in to this shop since then they basically left our car as is it’s stalling out, acceleration is a drag, shakes way more, and we paid around $800 in diagnosis and parts. Really frustrating

Have been to see Randy twice, once for the rear brakes and once for the front brakes. Both times work was done before promised and the price was incredible. Got upgraded to ceramic brake pads and had the disks turned down. I challenge anyone to go out and look for a cheaper price and service that great! Thinking of making this my go to service station.

Randy was excellent. From scheduling to completion of work the process was easy and pricing is fair. I went in for brakes and was recommended for some addition services. Low pressure and easy to work with. Also, communication was very efficient during the process. Definitely would recommend.

Randy was very honest and to-the-point about my car. I brought my car in to get my front brake pads replaced with a Groupon I had purchased and I let him know that I needed both my air and cabin filters replaced in addition to my brake pads. He did an inspection and let me know I needed my rotors resurfaced and he asked me if I wanted to upgrade my brake pads from standard to premium. I passed on the offer and he was very understanding and not pushy at all! He even showed me how filthy both of my filters were after and I appreciated knowing what I was breathing and how my engine was handling that. In under 2 hours and $200, I had my front brake pads replaced, rotors resurfaced, AND I had my air and cabin filters replaced. He even followed up with me a day after to see how my car was running... now THAT’S great customer service! I highly recommend this place... affordable, efficient, and thorough. I’ll refer as many people as I can. Thanks Randy!!

I took my Honda Accord 2008 to Key Nissan Toyota Honda Service for maintenance and engine and I was very happy with their services. The price overall to fix what is only needed to be fix is reasonable too. They did a great job and finished on a timely manner. I always take my car to do a regular maintenance to this place and would recommend to others.

I was raised with a healthy dose of skepticism when it comes to anything that involves more than the minimal, everyday financial transaction. I've been using the dealership since getting my Toyota but wasn't thrilled with the impersonal, time intensive experience. I tried Key Nissan out for an oil change at first and was happy with the service, cost, and timing. Some time passed and I had a long road trip coming up and needed to prepare my car for many continuous miles of use. I shopped around and the cost combined with the prior positive experience led me back to Key Nissan. I was very happy with the outcome and my car had no issues during the roadtrip. Since then, this is the place I go to for my car needs. They are very fair in costs, excellent with communication, and I have never felt like they were trying to tack anything on just to make more money. In fact, when I was in a tighter financial place before the big road trip, Randy helped me determine what was necessary and what was good for my car but not imperative. I highly recommend Key Nissan. They know what they are doing, they're friendly and trustworthy, and they are efficient and fair.

I drive all the way from Los Angeles to get my car worked on here in Santa Ana. Finding a good mechanic is an important factor!! Randy and the team at Key Nissan Service are really good. I took my 2007 Altima Hybrid in after being away on business, and the car hadn't been driven for a few months. They are very attentive and don't make you pay for things that you don't need done. This shop is very honest about the work needed to be done and the repair work is excellent. Thanks David

Sonny has been my mechanic for around 2 decades already, and there is a great reason for that. He has always done an amazing job for different cars I have brought to him through the years for maintenance and repairs. He brought my Acura Legend back to life a long time ago. I used to have problems when I went to other mechanics back them, where things that were supposed to be fixed but did not get fixed or quickly returned with other mechanics. However, with Sonny, he would magically fix them. Sonny is a true artist when it comes to fixing cars, and I can't say enough about how wonderfully he has maintained my cars through the years.

I’ve had my Honda Accord serviced at Key Nissan twice now, based on great reviews. The service is great, the prices are reasonable, and – most importantly – I trust them. Update (September 20, 2022): I recently made a reservation to have my air filters replaced and the work was complete within 15 minutes of my reservation. Also, the price was much more reasonable than what another mechanic was trying to sell me on (looking at you, Jiffy Lube). This is why I drive a little further to get my car serviced by Key Nissan.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! They use cheap parts on your car and they won't fix the issue, they will just try to make it "better." I paid over $1,000 for something that never got fixed on my car. When I talked to the front guy and told him that my car was still making the sound and shaking for what I brought in my car for repairs he said "your car is old." What a professional thing to say to a 2014 car, instead of owning up they couldn't fix the issue. It seems that their diagnostics is just a guessing game. When I originally brought in my car they told me it was two engine mounts that needed to be replaced but when I was driving back everything was shaking and doing the same thing so I had to bring it back and now they told me they had to replace the remaining brackets. I regret coming back to this shop. Please save yourself issues and losing your money to these people, maybe try to get second opinions from whatever diagnostic Key Nissan gives you because is probably not true and they will only have you come back to keep replacing more and more parts with their cheap parts. AVOID AT ALL COST!!!!

I called and spoke to the gentleman working at the time and he was great!! He was very knowledgeable of what my situation was and had me come right in for a quick repair. I arrived 30 minutes later and he took care of me right away. 20 minutes later my car was done and ready for me to take. I love Key Nissan because the guys working there do good honest work and do not over charge you, plus they will always let you know if they recommend any other services by calling you to ask if you would like them done!! Thank you Key Nissan for your help and genuine service. I will keep referring you to family and friends!!

As always, the team was amazing! I was early, and even though it was busy, they still took great care of me. Brought my laptop so I could work while I waited. Highly recommend for those who work remotely. My car was attended to rapidly, and efficiently. It was clean, and very quick. They had quite a line, and my oil change was still wrapped up in under an hour. Will continue to bring my cars here for all my service needs.
