I traveled 23+ hours based on the reputation and YouTube videos. It is rare to find such a technically skilled , honest, straightforward mechanic. I am convinced that he can repair anything. Fortunately he will also service our Sprinter based RVs. If you want your auto, truck, RV fixed the first time, even if it means you have to drive, you will not regret your visit.

I found Deo on YouTube and after watching most of his videos on the Sprinter Vans error codes. My sprinter Van had DEF WARNING LIGHT ACTIVE AT INSTRUMENT CLUSTER. VEHICLE HAD 5 STARTS REMAINING., I am so glad I found KIT’s Auto. After been at a dead end with my local Mercedes Benz (Euromotors) repair shop and having to deal with very high repair bills due to the lack on knowledge with their mechanics. Euromotors hit me with $2,030.70 plus $2694.66 and $839.64 on January and the last and most recent one for $8,314.54 quote to replace my entire DPF system and the sensors, they were not trying to help me, but their selfs. I was so disappointed and discourage and I prayed to God asking for help, I didn’t had any where else to go or the means to pay for the entire repair and Deo and his crew was the answer to my prayer! He got me back on the road with my sprinter work van, in no time and the repairs were under $2000. I highly recommend this guys they are awesome! Again Thank you!

On Sunday afternoon we contacted Deo, to ask if we could bring our car in. We made an appointment for the next day at 10:00 a.m. When we arrived, Deo came right out to greet us and let us know what to expect. He got in touch with us several times during the day both about our original concerns and other potential concerns that we should be aware of. He even sent us a video to explain exactly what was going on with the original concern. This video has been attached here. We received a link with his full inspection notes so we 100% understood what was going on with the car and were able to pick what we would focus on now. Within 24 hours of saying yes to the repairs, we have our car back. We recommend Deo for his customer service skills, his communication through the whole process, and the speed of which he took care of our car.

First let me say that I found Kits and DEO scrolling on YouTube and came across a random video of him diagnosing a vehicle like mine and repairing it. My vehicle was in “Limp Mode” , couldn’t be driven and was sitting for 2 weeks because the diagnosis and estimate from AUDI was EXTREMELY high and I wasn’t trusting that what they were telling me was true. I needed a second opinion and fairness so upon reading the reviews, comments and seeing that they were located in my state I WAS SOLD and knew I had to get my vehicle to these guys! I gave them a call, explained the problem, got it towed to them and the rest was a breeze. Not only did they do a thorough diagnosis…they ordered parts and my vehicle was fixed in a timely fashion. Price was REALLY reasonable and I just appreciate these guys so much for treating me with fairness, respect! I knew that I wasn’t lead to DEO by accident and I’m gonna tell everyone I know to support these guys because the INTEGRITY and WORK ETHIC IS UNMATCHED! Thank you guys so much!!!!!

I was dealing with an extremely stubborn DPF/DEF countdown starts issue on my Sprinter van, and after trying everything with no success, I was beyond frustrated. I received AMAZING customer service from KIT'S Auto and Truck Repair on December 30th and January 2nd. Deo was amazing at explaining the work that my car needed and patient as I asked for more detailed clarifications. Steve who runs his front desk was kind and personable and made the waiting experience very pleasant. Very professional shop and straight forward with their service until they make a mess and trying to cover it!!! I went to diagnose issue with DPF and they broke my sunroof and not even telling me after they finish service. They took car from garage and parked outside. When I noticed before leaving their parking I went to ask what happened and why my sunroof is open and doesn’t want to close. They start acting like they don’t know anything and want to help me… They tried multiple times to close and nothing, trying to reset modul (they don’t know how). And the end they closed it manually and left me with problem to deal by myself. My car is now more messed up before coming and they charged me for diagnostic that they didn’t record like we agreed when I arrived. Customer here is not important! I lost 2.5hr driving, 4.5hr in the shop( diagnostic took 1-1.5hr) and lighter for $250 😂 with damages they didn’t even report or offer to fix!
