This is for the Autozone on Monocacy blvd. If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter came in looking for assistance with her car as it was giving her troubles. My daughter was in emotional distress when she entered. When she first contacted me about her car trouble, I advised her to go to Autozone because I had never had an issue gaining assistance before. My daughter was on FaceTime with my other daughter & me. She was treated disrespectfully & rudely by the two staff members working. While my daughter stood at the counter they openly & flagrantly mocked her & her situation. I know she spoke unkindly in retaliation to their actions before exiting. She proceeded to have another panic attack while in her car. After we got her to calm down a bit, she looked up & observed the staff continuing to mock her. The actions of the staff is unbelievable. My other daughter tried to call to get the names of the staff working & was also tried rudely & unprofessional (she also responded in kind). The male staff member refused to legibly provide his name so that we may reference him correctly when speaking with a manager in the following morning. I am very disappointed in the lack of care &b professionalism provided this evening to both my daughters, both in person & over the phone. I will be in contact with the manager in the morning to discuss the actions of this evening.

Talk about customer service!!! I stopped by for some oil to tie me over until my next oil change, and my encounter was one of the most pleasant ones I’ve had ever while visiting an Auto Zone. The store manager Will, not only guiding me on what product to get but also assisted me with set-up to ensure that I loaded the oil correctly into my car. I appreciate this service and the pleasant assistance from this location!

Amazing service today at Autozone. I had a low beam headlight out on my vehicle. Empowered by having watched YouTube videos on how to change a headlight on my model vehicle, I confidently ordered a replacement online from Autozone, picked it up, and brought it back home to conquer the task. After tinkering with it for 15 minutes on my own, I was embarrassed to have to go fetch my husband to help me. The light we purchased wouldn’t fit the connecter to my headlight and we concluded that I had been sold the wrong piece. I returned back to the store to address my concerns. The gentleman at the counter was not remotely condescending when he asked me which headlight I was trying to change, low beam or high. Low beam, I assured him. Again, with sincerity, he asked “so, are you changing the headlight more to the inside of the vehicle, or to the outside?” The more lateral headlight is the low beam, and “people mix this up all the time” he assured me. He came out to my car with me to see what I had done, and sure enough I had been trying to change the wrong headlight bulb. He actually changed the bulb for me at this point. 5 stars for this place. I was saved today from being too ignorant to own and operate my own vehicle, and the gentleman helping me wouldn’t accept any additional payment for what he had done.

This place really saved the day today. I walked in clearly distressed and on the verge of tears and within seconds was assisted by Leon at the front who instantly calmed me and got me exactly what I needed. Within moments Angel was working on my car and was efficient. In less than half an hour my battery was replaced and I was on the road again. The customer service here is a 10/10 and I highly recommend this place. Thank you again to Leon and Angel for all your help!

Attention: Michelle Borninkhof Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President, Customer Satisfaction, I recently purchased oil for my vehicle and a little long haired blond female waited on me. After I filled up my vehicle with oil, I kindly placed the empty bottle in the trash container outside the front window which was filled to the brim with other empty bottles. This blond hair female procedeed to come outside and yell at me, telling me it was not a trash can and there was one inside. I asked her what her problem was and she said I was an "expletive" for not knowing the difference. I asked to see her manager and they too were just as disrepectful as she was. I guess you hire all the same types of people who have great customer service attitudes. Kudos to your hiring team. Glad to see you continue to hold yourselves to the highest standards of customer service and professionalism.

Hey I had the best experience ever dealing with Chris and Savanna at the 2410 Monocacy blvd location. Their service and professionalism was Amazing to say the least. My son and husband called to see if a part they needed was available. The clerk said that it had to be ordered and would be in on Thursday if they ordered it that day. My husband asked what needed to be done to order the part (card, deposit...ect). The clerk took my husband's name and number, said he was ordering the part and they would call when it came in. No call. When we called to check to see if the part was in. The person that answered the phone said that you had to come in to order the part. Which needless to say was not mentioned by the original clerk. They have lost a customer.

The Monocacy Blvd store should get 0 stars! I experienced the WORST customer service this evening, Wednesday, August 27, 2025, at the AutoZone on Monocacy Blvd. The assistant manager there was rude, dismissive and directly lied about company policy. I verified her information with the store on West Patrick Street while still at the Monocacy Blvd store and then proceeded to the store on West Patrick Street where they confirmed that she had lied directly to me and my husband about company policy. The employees at the West Patrick were EXCELLENT!! Don’t shop at Monocacy Blvd store! Buyer beware!

Parts were shown online as being in stock, but actually, they were not. Also, got mansplained when explaining what part I needed. If the clerk had paid attention to what I was telling him and what I was showing him, we'd have saved a lot of time. Instead, we got to recreate the airline agent scene from "Meet the Parents" as he was typing furiously away to try to find the information I already had on my screen. 🤷🏼♀️

Never been more upset. Walked in looking for a part or even just the hose section of the part I needed. Was given weird looks by every employee. Once an employee helped me, she was incredibly dismissive and seemed very mocking. Asked if they had any hose just as the hose and was cut off multiple times about how I could try other stores for the full part when I was asking a different question.
