I purchased 2019 volvo and has been nothing but a headache and breakdowns all the time, be advised with my experience Do not buy anything from them unless you get your personal mechanic with you, they are people you can not trust!!!!!

I had a truck down, that was originally supposed to go to a different dealer, but they couldn't get it in the shop for a while, so I had it towed here. Thanks to Chris Pfister and his team, it was in and out of the shop very quickly. Great staff and easy to work with! Thank you for your hard work! I will definitely be bringing trucks back here as needed.

Excellent Truck shop All Around! Very knowledgeable staff who gets the jobs done at a very reasonable price. Everyone that I have met from the techs to the office staff have been genuine people who are great to be around. Tyler is always on point and gets things quick when needed. He keeps us well informed throughout the job and we couldn't be happier with his work. Kayla is great all around and always super accommodating. Shelley is awesome and we always enjoy seeing her when we stop in. Justin is a great tech who knows trucks from headlight to bumper and gets the job done right. One of the worst truck centers I’ve ever been to and I’ve been there several times only because my company deals with them! Leaking oil pan gasket, arrived at 11:30am, departed at 9pm 9-12/ hours later. Their mechanics are just extremely slow and nonchalant and non-caring with. There are 2 individuals within the service department that are good!

I have gone to this dealers 2 times and test drove trucks as i was interested in buying a late model used Mack. Spoke with used truck salesman, about purchasing one, He informed me they were lease trucks that were turned in and he had all the maintence records. He printed them out and gave them to me and was supposed to call me the next day to get me a price on the truck. Both times I have never been called back, Also the maintence reports i was given were either from a different truck or the milage on the truck had been rolled back as the milage was way off from the truck. Not really sure why the sales person wouldn't call me back as I have perfect credit, or could pay cash for a truck. Was working with a salesman Mark Brown on a 2023 International (blue mid roof). We settled on a price and I told him I would be coming up with a cashiers check I asked him twice if the truck was inspected and serviced correctly he confirmed that it was. I drove 4 and a half hours to their dealership and was completely disappointed. Their “fresh DOT” is nothing but bs. 3rd axle brakes cannot pass a DOT, left front tire is wearing so uneavenly that it cannot pass a DOT as well. Truck was completely dirty inside. Engine has a knock/ticking noise which we all know with a Cummins it needs overhauled. Was very disappointed. Took my check back and went home. Stay away from these liars.

We had a 2019 Anthem go into derate one morning. I called Kreite and talked to Carmen. She said to get the truck here and they would take a look at it. Once the truck got there, they quickly assessed the issues and also found this truck had an active recall on the SCR unit. During their courtesy inspection, they found other issues that needed to be addressed also. Carmen got all the info together, called us to see what items we would like them to address, and stated they have the parts to conduct the work. After it was all said and done, they diligently worked on our unit and made all the necessary repairs same day and our driver was up and running first thing the next morning. Carmen, Tammy, and Len were phenomenal!!! They stayed in contact with us giving out updates on a regular basis. We could not have been more pleased with our experience with Kreite. They were able to get us in and out in a very reasonable amount of time. Most places you are stuck for two or three days before they even get you in the door. Not these guys!! They were on it like white on rice in a glass of milk on a paper plate in a snowstorm! These guys rock!

The service writers, and mechanics are polite, friendly, & knowledgeable. Repairs are done thorougly and with a summary of everything done to the truck. The single downside is that there is so much work, that if a driver waits for their truck, it is usually a long wait. But, if a business is busy, it's a sign of quality work that's in demand.

The staff were extremely courteous, patient, and went above and beyond to explain and help. Timely updates given, and estimates updated accordingly. Volvo extended warranty was actually honored. Quality work is easily noticeable. Chris Pfister in parts is amazing. Helps with all my parts needs and sets up all my service. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is he’s always there to help whether it’s 4 am or 11pm he always answers. Even went above and beyond and helped me set up 2 of my new locations parts room. Love this location! My Volvo VNL warrenty repairs get done here and in an efficient and timely manner. Customer service is always friendly and courteous. Part department is great, especially if you already know the part number. As my truck starts getting older I'll be sure to come back for regular maintenance as well.

The service writer was professional, as well as the techs. I came in with an emissions problem, and there they would have had me out within a few hours, however the part needed wasn't in stock, but they had it the next morning and I was in & out within an hour and a half. The truck now runs like it's new again. I highly recommend this place if you're in the Madison area.

Five star service all the way. The front desk associate was incredibly sweet and made the check-in process easy. The diesel mechanics were just as friendly, and the driver lounge was a nice touch. Now, I wasn’t going to let this affect my five star rating, but if you’re as terrified of spiders as I am, waking up in a cozy recliner to a little creepy crawler making its way up your leg will definitely get your heart racing. I’m mentioning it so other drivers know, and because it might be worth having pest control run through the facility and set up some prevention. The spider was harmless, but it’s still an experience I’d rather skip. Aside from that, this is a very busy location and the fact that they were able to squeeze my truck in and service the DEF sensor in a timely manner was excellent. Even better, it ended up being covered under warranty. That’s a win in my book. I checked in around 12:30 in the afternoon, they called at about 3:30 saying they were starting on it, and the estimated completion time they gave was accurate. I look forward to returning in the future. Very professional team and a great group of people.
