I have a manual 2014 mitsubishi outlander sport. I've had it for 7 years now. I'm from Maine and it was bought in Maine, so there is a lot of rust underneath the carriage. Anyways, the clutch just stopped engaging one morning when my husband went to go to work. We were going to take it to Zip Zap Auto because it's 24/7 and we needed it fixed ASAP. Well, our tow truck driver told us it wasn't a good idea in his opinion because they are overpriced and don't do quality work. So, he referred us to KZ auto, and boy, are we glad he did. I don't know the gentlemans name as my husband did all the communication, but what I do know is he kept us in the loop the whole time. He started with a small cheap thing he thought it was (which is what a real mechanic does). I have rebuilt and worked on cars for a living, so I know. Then he said it was the slave cylinder, which I had said to my husband, but we have no way to work on that ourselves. He was fair, honest, friendly, and great price. We ended up getting a new clutch put in since the transmission was already getting dropped. We will definitely be using this shop while we are stationed here in Vegas. Definitely a 10/10 would recommend, and I wish I could do a shout out the the tow company, but I can't remember the name as we used our insurance to find them. Gained a new customer!!

Would give zero if I could. Zaid and Khalil are nice, but handled my Maxcare warranty very wrong. They wrongfully diagnosed my A/C issue and charged me 388 for an A/C recharge. Which DID NOT fix the car. Then, claimed it was a separate issue after CARMAX found the issue right away with contaminated freon caused by a blown AC compressor. After that, they tell me the freon again would not be covered. So they wanted to charge my deductible AND another recharge. Completely wrong. Plus, the claim was never filed by them, causing me to use a rental completely out of pocket. I would not recommend this shop. Use Sun Auto.

The both of owner and mechanic here are awesome. They told me what was wrong immediately and would not let me drive off because of some serious repairs to prevent further damage. I would highly suggest this repair shop. They fixed my vehicle and completed a full inspection. While waiting for my vehicle to be completed. They provided me with water and snacks. I had an really great experience and I will definitely be returning to complete other repairs. Good customer service as well. You know that is hard to find in Vegas!! See yall soon.

GREAT MECHANIC. My radiator left me stranded on the side of the rode. They squeezed me in first thing in the morning, got right to ordering the parts needed to fix my issue and had my car finished in a few hours, and then also squeezed in a last minute oil for a different vehicle. Honest, affordable, quick. Definitely recommend!

Very professional establishment. The manager (maybe owner) was very nice to me while waiting for my car. The ambiance of the waiting room was great also. They obviously know what they are doing. Best thing about this place is the price! I’m not a fan of big franchises so this was a mega 5 star! Will be coming back for sure while staying in Vegas!

Khalil is a one of a kind mechanic. The type of mechanics we spend a tone of money to find or gets lucky like me. My AC stopped working at the end of May, I took it in for a full diagnostic and was surprised to learn I’m still covered under warranty. The part I needed for my car plus labor was very affordable and I appreciated Khalil for taking the time to educate me through the process. I returned a few weeks later to get an oil change, next is brakes and to fix a few things that fall under warranty. The shop is very cleaned and spacious with AC in case you need to wait a bit. The location is perfect for anyone who lives in spring valley or on the west side, all not to far from the freeway. We now trust Khalil with all our family vehicles and plan to refer him to friends and coworkers.

Highly recommend. Reasonable pricing and my A/C is working so much better. The manger did let me know that I need to be aware of my air compressor being weak. I was there on vacation and the Manager made sure we had working cold a/c so I can get my fur baby’s back to Reno (7hr drive in the desert heat) safely. A hidden gem…they were honest and very respectful. I was a walk in and it was worth the wait. Thank you so much for your excellent service and for doing an amazing job and not up charging me or trying to sale me in unnecessary services like some of the other shops I went too. Even the owner came out and bought me a drink from the vending machine for the unexpected long wait, that small gesture and thoughtfulness means everything. Great job yall! Keep up the great customer service, great repair jobs, and hospitality! If I lived there I would be a returning customer for life!

I’m going to start off by saying I definitely called around for prices and everybody was in the $3,000 range for my A/C compressor. I called KZ Auto repair and spoke with Khalil he was straight up and honest, he told me what needs to be done to fix my A/C compressor. He ordered the compressor and told me to come the next day and he’ll get it done ASAP. I got a text four hours “your car is ready”. My bill was $1,200 and change. I’m not going anywhere else, I highly recommend KZ auto repair. I’m a satisfied customer, thank you Khalil!
