This used to be the best place hands down to wash a car, but since they don't have the "super soap" anymore it's really no different than any other sub par car wash out there.

Was charged $20 for 10 minute dogwash where soap didn't even work so when done all we had was a wet stinking dog.

I guess I should checked the reviews before going, it sucked. Charged $12.00 I was in there less than 5 mins, the dial for different wash settings didn't even work, only rinse worked........Avoid the North bay at all costs.

I took my dog to the pet wash here and I inserted my card to pay and the water didn’t even turn on. My bank account was charged $12 for nothing. Total waste of money. Called the business and the phone is busy or they won’t answer. Would not recommend.

Paid $8 for the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. Believe the reviews. The dryers never turned on. My car is covered in streaks from the hard water. Do NOT go here.

Horrible! This place use to be the best! Loved their flea and tick shampoo. NOW they never stock the soaps! You get charged for nothing but warm water 😡. You won’t get your money back either! Don’t take the chance of losing money… go somewhere else!

I attempted to use the vacuums and both sides were not working. I put in $0.75 on both sides but nothing happened. Tried the coin return and nothing. I even put in an extra quarter to see if that was a solution, nothing. Like the sign said I went to the BP station across the road and told the woman at the desk what happened. A man came, listened to what I said, and then gave me the refund from his pocket. He gave me 4 quarters, 4 dimes, and 4 nickels. So I received $1.60 refund on my $1.75 expense. Do I care about $0.15? No. I don't think this place is professional. Not coming back.

Used car wash on November 17th 2015 for a total of less than $4.00 (on debit card) but when I checked my statement they charged me $12.00. Called their phone number and it's either busy or doesn't pick up. Will be contacting my bank next.

Unique to this place.....they have a Pet Wash booth. Very nice and we'll kept. It even has a vacuum to suck water off your dog, and a blow dryer. The controls accept cash or credit cards and has push buttons just like a manual car wash. Feature buttons include 2 kinds of shampoo, conditioner, scent, flea spray, and rinse of course and it's even heated for winter. Pretty sweet!

Tried to go through the automatic carwash was not working. Had to back up go to the other automatic wash bay after I had already put money in the other car wash. Then I had to go to the BP across the street to try to get a refund and all they would do is hand me a free coupon for another wash. I’m not on this side of town that often. I said I don’t want a coupon I want to refund the guy at the BP told me well let me take your name and number the owner is out of town and Will probably get back to you in two or three months. Absolutely terrible business practice don’t go to this car wash.

I took my truck through the automatic bay here. Automatic car washes usually aren't much good, but I was in a hurry. This one was one of the worst automatics I've used. I wouldn't even call it a car wash—maybe a car "wet" (since that's about all it's going to do). The manual sprayers are fine if you live in an apartment and can't wash at home. Skip the automatic and use these if you have to use anything here.

I have been washing my car here and never check the charges via my account. The machine indicates a 3.00 charge to 3.50 when I complete my car. I noticed a 12.00 charge to my account today versus 3.00. This car wash is charging more than it indicates on the machine. I have tried to call and no answer. There is no email address either.

Pretty much your typical 1990's car wash. Nothing special but nothing terrible. They use VERY HARD WATER so 9 times out of 10 you're gonna be left with very large hard water spots no matter what. I go here if I need to get some serious mud off my car and because it's quick and cheap ($3.00 for 4 minutes). They added a nice pet wash station a few years back. I don't own a pet but I know pet owners appreciate that

Have always had a great experience at this wash until my last use. Took two separate cars there and used the card machine for payment. 1st time was supposed to be charged $3.50 and second car was $4.00. Ended up looking at my statement and they charged me $12 each time for a total of $24. Tried to contact them but cant get in touch with them.

Not impressed by the wash, claims it was a wax and polish finish or what not, and it was not at all. The car wasn't even that dirty and I now have had to spend 30mins at home manually washing the car. Which is what i didn't want to do by using the automatic wash. It didn't even clean the car at all not even in the slightest. It was no different from when it rains and drys and all the dirt and everything is still there.

easily the worst car wash I have used for 20 years. Very low pressure in the northern most bay. The next bay was jammed up with coins.

Wish I would have read other reviews before I used this car wash. Worst car wash ever my car is still dirty after spending $12. There is soap all over it and dryer BARELY workrd. My car had a light film on it from rain a few nights ago and it literally did not even take that off! So disappointed!!!!!!

Went to wash our dogs. Use credit card and got charged $10, but nothing was working and there was no way to get a credit. We called the number and nobody answered. Do not use!

Dog wash is totally out of all the amenities. No shampoo. No deodorizer. No conditioner. I’m pretty sure there was no tub disinfectant either. The only positive is the water was warm. Save your money.
