As always, Chris and today, Rob were very helpful as usual. I had a brake light that needed replacing, and a sign that had popped up on my dashboard that I didn’t understand. It was a bad tire. And they referred me to a tire center almost next door. Rob replaced the brake light and Chris had my payment handled quickly. And they’re both so friendly.

I inherited and older BMW that needed some work. I didn't know where to take it to be worked on. I originally took it to the place across the way from La Paz Service Center but the guy was very rude and turned me away. He didn't want to work on it. Well that turned out to be a blessing because I took it to La Paz Service Center. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. From the moment I walked in the office I felt welcomed. They were so kind. I explained my situation and they said no problem. Later that afternoon they called me and told me what it needed and how much it would cost. They were honest and gave me a good price. I'm really glad I found La Paz Service Center. I will definitely be back. 5 gold stars!! I recommend La Paz Service Center!

I have been using La Paz Service Center for more years than I can remember. The staff here are practically family at this point. They do great work at a fair price! And, they manage my car's maintenance schedule. In other words, I don't have to think about it. When it's time for that oil change, or whatever, they let me know. I know a car owner is always looking for that "good mechanic" - here they are. I highly recommend.

My truck started making a squeaking sound, I called them up on Friday morning, they took my truck, replaced the water pump and had it back to me by 4:30 in the evening. 2300 dollars later and a blag smog test. Turned off my check engine lights and changed multiple "valves" but didn't fix the problem. Took it to another garage and the issue was identified as an 80 dollar part on the gas cap creating a very small evap leak, which was replaced and fixed the issue. Reasonable price for what they did in fairness, but the attempt to fix something that wasn't broken seems like a money grab or was misdiagnosed and was unnessacary. I took it back here 3 times. Until I stressed to them I just need it to pass the smog test. Eventually the neighbourung shop passed the smog test and I drove away. Which made me feel like they couldnt fix the problem, and wasnt worth their time. I will never use this shop again. Sorry.
