These guys are awesome! Christian & Joseph had exceptional customer service. They took care of my tire issue very professionally and fast. They even gave me tips about my Tesla tire that I did not know about. You'll feel that they really want to help and do quality work and not just sell something and be done with it. This place is amazing! I came in with a flat tire and they were able to patch my tire. They have great customer service Jesse was so nice to me. He took care of my tire and chitchatted with us for 10 minutes about Canada and our hometown. He was super nice to my mom. He kept saying she look like she was my wife lol but that was just to make her happy anyways enough about this place I like it. I’ll probably be coming back here quite a bit.

I have been going to them for 4 years now best mechanic shop I’ve ever been too. Just recently my wife had taken her car to a dealership for some issues and they quoted her 4K to fix it, I brought it here and after their thorough inspection it turned out the issue was completely unrelated to what the dealership had recommended and was fixed for less than 100 bucks! Cannot say enough good things about them!

We have taken both of our cars there a few times now, and never had a problem until recently. They replaced a part ( fuel module ) on my husband‘s Ford Flex and ever since then the car has done nothing but drain batteries! We were told there was some kind of a parasite, the car has been back a few times and they still haven’t been able to locate or find the parasite or what is causing this to drain so many batteries very frustrating. I personally called and spoke to Jason one day and asked why it’s taking so long to work on the car and find the problem and he told me it’s because he only has a mechanic there for a couple hours that he can pay??? Not quite sure what that meant We have to unhook the battery every time we park our car. The owner did come out one day and spoke with my husband and was very kind and did not charge us, however, we have a car that has a problem that we didn’t have prior to taking it in there. My husband suggested to Jason to reset the BMS ( which he knew nothing about) I don’t normally write reviews, but very frustrated we have to deal with this now, and is causing problems because we would like to be able to sell it

I cannot say enough good things about Glenwood Aliso Creek Auto Repair. After a very frustrating experience with Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita, this shop completely restored my trust in mechanics. I brought my 2021 Toyota 4Runner here for a second opinion after Toyota of Rancho Santa Margarita service caused my steering wheel to shake violently following a routine alignment, tire balance, and rotation. Toyota claimed I needed major parts replaced (bolts and pinions cost $4000) on a fairly new vehicle with low mileage, which didn’t sit right with me. The team at Glenwood Aliso Creek Auto Repair took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and immediately identified the real issue: the previous service had been done incorrectly. Our 4Runner is basically a pavement princess and never goes offroading. Which Glenwood Aliso Creek Auto Repair informed us that a brand new car like this shouldnt need this major repair yet so they moved forward with their inspection.They rebalanced the tires, rotated them properly, and performed a correct alignment. The result? The steering wheel vibration was completely fixed. Not only did they solve the problem quickly, but they did it honestly and affordably—under $90—without trying to upsell or scare me into unnecessary repairs. Their transparency, professionalism, and expertise were truly refreshing. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable mechanic who will actually diagnose and fix the problem (instead of creating one), I highly recommend Glenwood Aliso Creek Auto Repair. They fixed an issue that another dealership caused and saved us a lot of money and stress in the process. My husband and I will be returning in the future for our car maintance and any serivce. I needed to get the AC evaporator in my Challenger replaced, and I wanted a shop that was close and did quality work, as I don’t let just anyone work on my car. Christian was great to work with, and I really appreciated the communication, which can be hard to find at dealerships or other shops. Ruben, the tech who worked on my car, took the time out of his day as I was leaving to explain what he did, which I really appreciated. Shout out to Ruben! I highly recommend this shop for your auto repair needs. I’m a person who has been doing my own auto repair, from basic brake pads to engine rebuilds, for decades so I know when a shop is incompetent or dishonest. Glenwood AC auto is neither of these. They are highly skilled, efficient, and a pleasure to do business with. Christian handled a recent tire issue on my daughter’s car very quickly, which allowed her to get to work on time. If I was not home I would have felt very comfortable sending her up there on her own, because I know that they would take care of her problem. I have brought multiple cars to them since they first opened several years ago, and each experience has been 5 star service. One example - I had them replace the brake pads and rotors on my SUV. After taking it home I noticed the brakes were squeaking. Sometimes new brakes need to be worn in and it goes away, but this time it wasn’t. I brought it back a few days later. They heard the squeak, immediately said they’d take care of it, drove me home, and then delivered my car to my house later that day after swapping out the faulty parts. No questions asked, no additional charges, and delivered the car to my house to minimize my inconvenience.
