Our family only takes our four vehicles to Mission Auto. We followed one of their mechanics, Marty, here and have always been treated fairly. My mother has been driven to work by them so that she didn't need to get a ride. Any mechanical or repair that has been done has been professionally done and discussed with us beforehand. We go every month to have our fluids checked and recently had a new/used car checked over by them. They located some areas of concern and we returned it back to the dealer with their recommendations. Our family would highly suggest you take your car here!

Great service and quality people. Had a check engine light that came on and after Mission's review of my car, I needed to replace the timing belt. It was an easy and quick fix. Mission had my car done on time and as quoted. Love these guys and will always come back.

They got me into their shop the same day I called! I walked to the Dairy Queen across the parking lot and had lunch while waiting. It didn't take long for them to discover what was wrong with my car. Once they did, they took me out to my car that was elevated on the lift and showed me exactly what was wrong with it, and exactly which part they needed to replace. The part was ordered while I was in the room and was on its way before I left. I made an appointment to get the part put into my car and they were like extremely flexible with my hours. Very people oriented, honest, and helpful. I had a great experience.

Never take a car here. Brought my car in early morning to get an oil change for a VW. Quoted me about $100 for an oil change. Said it would be done around lunch time. Never got a call back saying it was done. Finally went to go pick it up and sure enough was ready but wanted to charge me a total of $150. Absolutely insane

It is hard to find honest mechanics who care about customers, but Mission Auto Service is a diamond in the rough. I recently had a great experience with Rob and the crew at Mission Auto Service. The staff is knowledgeable, straight to the point and did not try to take advantage of me like the dealer. I highly recommend Mission Auto Service to everyone!

I don't understand the 4 1/2 star rating on this auto shop. I don't mean any disrespect, but the owner needs to retire. He is either forgetful or a liar. Dropped off our car Friday night... Never heard anything come Monday afternoon after we made a call....One day he says "I'm waiting on a part" the next day he says "I got the part, we're working on it" The next day he's "waiting on approval from your warranty..." to the next day he has "approval" then the next "I'm still waiting on a part" He was saying different things to me than he was to my husband each time we called for an update... because he didn't communicate. When I confronted him, he said, "You are mistaken, I never told you that." After 7 days, we picked up our car and found out it was ready on Saturday! Don't bring your car here. You'll be extremely frustrated by the lies, runaround, and lack of communication.

Best people I've ever experienced. I took my 2006 dodge charger rt there because it for some reason it wouldn't start. Instantly they knew what was wrong it was knocking. I baby that car never too high in revs most 4k ram. Engine was dead pistons hitting the plugs. They told you gotta watch out for those hemis they don't like to overheat. They said they'll try their best but no promises. Long story short my car is dead they worked on it for 3 days. After all of that work they felt bad for me and didn't charge me a penny. Never in my life have I ever had this great service. Please please give them a shot. They're always honest and friendly. Time to look for a new car..I'm going Toyota for good luck 👍

I did not do an auto repair here but my skimp (spelling may be inaccurate?) was destroyed and dragging itself on the freeway so I had to quickly find an auto shop. Right when I walked in, the manager took a look at it and knew what was up. Turns out when I got my oil change the day before at another auto shop, they hadn't screwed on the metal part back on correctly. He advised me to call them back and demand they fix it. I thanked him for the trouble and wanted to pay him, but he didn't charge me at all for the consultation. He gave me faith in humanity again. Okay maybe I'm exaggerating, but generous souls are so bloody incredible during times of stress. I felt so fortunate to have went to THIS specific auto shop. If it weren't so far, I would've made this my default.

Excellent repair shop I would highly recommend! I experienced a check engine light while on the highway and happened by chance here. Even though they were very busy they agreed to check my car right away and did very speedy work. While checking the car they found 3 light bulbs that needed to be replaced, and topped off all liquids. The guys who work there are incredibly friendly and showed me exactly what needed to be done. Kudos especially to Rob and Cesar for their courtesy and efficiency! Best customer service experience in a long time!!!

I can wholeheartedly recommend our mechanic Marty. He is very honest and thorough and has worked on all our cars for years. Worst SCAMMING mechanics in South County! WILL NOT RETURN and not recommend! Caused over $2000 in damaging my Jaguar SUV. If you don’t know how to fix a car don’t take someone’s money and lie about it. Would not compensate for the damage he caused on my car and said JAGUAR Dealership was Lying. Went to Marty to check on my Jaguar ABS brake sensor. He told me he had to order part from dealership to replace. After it was replaced, car was still not running and recommend I take to dealership. Took my car to Jaguar dealership and showed me in person that Marty had shaved off my ABS sensor to fit part that they replaced. The sensor he had replaced also looked like after market and did not look like Jaguar parts. He caused over $2000 in damage to fix. Called to complain and ask for a solution. His response was that the dealership was Lying. Attached are provided from Jaguar dealership after I took my car to Marty.
