I bought a used 2014 Dodge RAM from Landmark and they had to run an inspection before they could it sell it. After the inspection they said the truck was ready. But the state inspection form was missing in the packet. We went to inspect the truck to get the tag and it failed because of a turn cv boot. I called and emailed and got a response from their firewall secretary but the relayed message was never returned. I've called and they say let me transfer you and then hang up. Dirty business practice. Beware. I had to pay to have it repaired at my mechanics.

Had a fantastic experience working with landmark the sales team they where honest and where not pushy in any way . They went out the way to find me the vehicle I wanted in the price range I needed it to be. I was taken seriously as soon as I walked in the door which after visiting several dealerships prior and not given the time of day was refreshing. I went with my son, looking to purchase his first vehicle. He had seen the car online and we went in to test drive. He was looking to trade his old pickup truck. We didn't feel pressured. Nor did we feel taken advantage of. They gave a very fair offer on his trade in. He still loves his vehicle. He doesn't regret his purchase and hasn't had any mechanical issues with his vehicle. I'm always skeptical of dealerships. But thank you Landmark Dodge and Lexi (I believe that was her name)for making our experience great. I believe in saying the good experiences. Ours was good.

I was there last week (the Dodge side) my sales person was Joseph Espinoza. He is a 19yo newbie. Joseph was EXCELLENT! He is extremely knowledgeable about cars ( all cars), especially about the cars he was selling. He taught me things about my 2018 F150 XLT that I did not know. Being a newbie he may have missed some customer service ques and minor mistakes on paperwork. The one thing I hate for a co-worker, and especially a manager to do is to ridicule or scold an employee in front of the customer, in ear-shot or the phone. That is not professional nor is it conducive to the the success of the individual. Outside of Joseph I don't think my experience was the best, esp communication wise, kinda feel some type of way about it, but I won't elaborate. I could though for sure...... Kudos to Joseph! I would recommend if you do business with them on the Dodge side that you allow Joseph to care for you, you will be in good hands!

I can't praise Landmark enough for how well taken care of that I was through the entire process. From my salesman Spencer meeting me in the parking lot to greet me with warmth and a smile to how friendly everyone was on my tour of the facilities, on to finding the absolutely most perfect vehicle I've ever had. When I had a minor issue with my tires needing balancing a few days after having the car, Spencer made sure that it was handled without a second worry. I went from a 2010 Ford with 213K miles on it that I owned for 10 years, to a 2020 VW with only 55K miles on it and more bells and whistles than I could ask for. We cannot say enough great things about landmark on nolan road. We have bought two used vehicles over the years. A 2007 truck back in 2020 that is now paid off and was a great buy. This year we were looking for a vehicle for my husband we found a nice blazer he liked but it was a trade-in and during their reconditioning and inspection they found issues that they weren't comfortable with. They called us immediately letting us know they we searching for us another option. Instead of selling us a lemon just to sell a car they found another vehicle for him. They cut us an EXCELLENT deal on a ford explorer that is much nicer and honestly an upgrade!! We are more than happy with the professionalism and adherence to quality service. Spencer was an absolutely amazing salesmen. Very personable and treated us like family. We will definitely be returning when a need arises for a vehicle. Bought a 2011 WRX Sti and they had repaired power steering lines before I purchased. The service department there stripped the fittings on the steering rack causing a leak. Took to my mechanic cost $2300 and they won’t reimburse it back to me even though they admit to preforming work. This took place days after buying vehicle. Reached out to one of the managers and they essentially said tough shit. Owner was supposed to call me that following Monday to discuss. Big shocker nobody reached out. If I could rate negative stars I would. The level of communication and respect given here are unbelievably low. I would send someone I disliked to do business with this dealership. Avoid at all cost, don’t waste your time or money with these people. Still waiting on a call and my money back for a product they messed up!

Emailed dealer with a cash out the door offer. They asked me to come in and I said I wanted a deal before I would come in. They replied offer accepted and told me to call the manager to setup time to meet. Right when I called the manager Matt the price magically increased. Doesn’t surprise me, can’t trust a car salesman. Said whatever it took to get me to call. Not buying from this dealership. (Follow-up. I did try to call and text Doug and never got a response if that tells you anything)

I stopped in the used auto lot to find a reliable car. They showed me a car which did not fit my budget or my needs. When we found something I was interested in, the sales team was extremely pushy. Before I was given numbers, I was told I need to put $100 down. Wanting to walk away, the sales manager blocked the door. I felt pressured to give them my information even though I was doing it under duress. I wanted to leave but the sales team kept on preventing me from leaving. If you want a pressure free place to buy a car, please avoid landmark

While getting an oil change for my former truck, I was walking up the road and saw a pickup in the used lot that I had to test drive. Because 3 years later I was considering the EXCACT same truck, trim, color Everything. The reason I didn't buy it was because it was a Nissan. Just couldn't see myself dropping 55k on a Nissan truck... So I had to test drive it. Noone hassled me while I peaked at. I worked with Spencer, who is a genuinely good guy. Having been lubed up the rear end several times at dealerships, I had guards and pants up. At the end of the day this is a business transaction and after some reasonable back and forth; the deal was written up for my trade in. I was very happy with their offer. Felt it was as good as possible actually. I did not negotiate on price of the truck due to my internet research showing...This was the best deal in the country for this model and trim by a long shot. Even with that.. I took my time deciding, because this was truly unexpected and I have an urge to buy vehicles on a whim. Spencer followed up as he should, but was not pushy. Answered all my questions, and sent over car history. Everything checked out and the numbers made too much sense to not pull the switch. Overall the process of me looking, to buying was Friday-Monday and at no point did I feel pushed into it. Spencer is super chill, family man, and the world needs more guys like him. Delivery and finance...I do not remember either of your names...but yall were just as easy to work with. I was not looking for any additional coverage on this vehicle. Its great for alot of folks, just not for myself. But damn, the prices were fair compared to my other deals. I still said no, outside of under carriage coat, but the rest was tempting. The process was smooth all together. The truck, a 2021 was in immaculate condition and full of gas, thanks to Spencer. I dont know if he can do that for everyone, maybe just people who he shares birthdays with. 😎 Lastly Id like to apologize to my sister who is also a wonderful sales person at Gladstone DCJ. Unfortunately for her this was one that only Landmark Dodge had. Haha
