UPDATE: asked for a service which they didn't complete and was charged $120 for a tire rotation. On top of that dropped a wheel and didn't care to say anything or even see if it was damage. I only know because I watched the tech do it. The kicker proceeded to lie to me saying they checked it out... YOU HAVE A WINDOW VIEW OF THE GARAGE I CAN SEE YOU! First time was great service... This time you screwed me. Won't be returning for a third time. Finally how are you going to give me a military discount the first time but failed to do so the second time? After talking up how regarded military/veterans are? Lame These fine people are the ONLY shop in KCMO that hasn't tried to price gouge me. They have honor and integrity. Which is almost non existent in 2025. Thank you Christian Brothers, for treating me like a human, standing by your word, and being over all friendly and genuine. Absolutely blown away by how I was treated.

I have had my car serviced at CBA Independence many times and every time I receive exceptional service. I had a window regulator that CBA in Arkansas had installed. Since I was visiting family in Lees Summit for the holidays, CBA Independence got right on it and found it was under warranty and replaced the whole system for me. This time John was my service director and took excellent care of my car and me!

Christian Brothers are great mechanics. They only hire the best. Most importantly they have great integrity. They will never let you be pulled into a repair bill trap. They include you in the repair process every step of the way. They even helped me see that my old car was not worth the repair cost. They will even look over the car you are considering buying and give you their recommendations.

This was my first visit and it was for a state inspection. My car wouldn't pass due to front sway bar link. I suspected this noise not knowing it wouldn't pass so they said could fix the same day which I agreed to. So greatful they fixed it so it would be safe and pass! I also want to mention that their courtesy driver took me home and picked me up when it was finished that afternoon. Very nice people and very knowledgeable. I'm greatful my cousin told me about them. I would recommend highly.

I was in need of some diagnostic information on my Nissan Maxima. Christian Brothers was very thorough. I received a complete breakdown of everything I needed done, they even attach pictures so you can see exactly what needs to be done and how bad it is. I really appreciate this step that they provide. This really gave me the information and ability to actually believe what they were telling me. I find it very difficult to even find a good mechanic and one that you can trust. The guys there are great! They always get me right in and actually do a good job on the courtesy inspections. I was just in for an oil change and the tech noticed a ground wire under my truck that had come loose and they fixed it at no charge. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Highly recommend! They were very friendly and knowledgeable. We had a few issues with our truck that we were putting off, when a seal deteriorated and filled the cab with water during one of the weeks that it rained a lot. We took it to other places first for quotes to fix everything at the same time and weren't convinced these other places knew what they were doing. Here, they explained things well, so we fully understood exactly what they were going to do, and they had fair prices, so we got everything fixed here. We had to make more than one trip because they had to order parts, but they have a shuttle service, so it was super convenient for just one of us to go do all of this, instead of both of us trying to take off work at the same time. We were very impressed how organized and easy they made it for us, and how quickly they completed the job. Definitely our #1 go-to place, now!

Monday, September 23rd, me and my best friend were traveling in her RV from our recent trip from Branson Missouri to our home in Frankfort, Kentucky, when we had a blowout on 2 tires. After contacting her road side assistance only to learn they wanted to tow the RV. They gave us a few numbers to contact for tires and Christian Auto was one of them. We were so blessed to learn they had the tires we needed and sent their employee Matt out within 30 minutes to help us. He was most polite and made us feel comfortable. Had a great experience here getting my car fixed. I called in to schedule an appointment and they got me in right away. The diagnostic fee was very reasonable and even though I had a good idea what the issue was, they were able to confirm it for me. Work was completed very fast and I had my car back the next day and the issue was solved. My final total actually ended up being lower than the quoted price so that made it even better. I hate dealing with auto shops. I say that to say, as much as I hate dealing with them normally, Christian brothers made it pretty painless. Came in for an issue with my vehicle rumbling and they tested a lot of things and gave me some recommendations. The price was just about exactly what I expected to spend. It was not cheap, but I feel pretty confident that it was done RIGHT and was handled by professionals, and not Joe schmos. I’m willing to pay a bit more for pros to handle everything and have it done right, using the perfect parts for the job, fully doing every step etc. As well as every interaction I had on the phone with them was very professional. Adam and Mike were very helpful, patient, and friendly. Once I find something good I can trust I stick with it. Most likely, this Christian Brothers location will keep getting my business.

Tim and the guys at Christian Brothers AUTOMOTIVE Independence took special care to take care of my baby and give it the TLC that it needed to become drivable again so I can enjoy this wonderful car.
