Been going here for yrs for old changes and inspections. Seems lately he's been a little rude. Tried to inspect my car and was failed for a missing bolt on a wheel that I knew was there because just changed my tires b4 I went. They tried over charging her to put a bolt on. They told her fix it then and come back and all we have to do it pay $8 for the sticker. He tried charging us again and had an attitude. Another time with another car I was getting inspected, they said I needed a gas cap that I already had changed but supposedly I needed another one.. will not go again.

Upon state inspection They found my brake rotors were rusted and originally told me need to be replaced. So i agreed to the estimate. Upon pick up however they said after removing old rotors for replacement they noticed the rust was just surface rust from car not being driven they took the time to clean them up and did not install the new ones. Great honest guys !

These guys were fantastic. I have never gone to the same place twice for an oil change, but I will be going here forever now that I've found them. They didn't try to upsell me at all. The price on their sign was the price I paid. And I went in knowing that I needed a light replaced, but they came to me with the (incredibly fair, even low) price before doing anything, to get the okay. I really appreciate the simple fact that they do business the way it should be done, and they do it quickly! My grandfather raised me and was a mechanic, as well as a perfectionist. I'm very judgemental when it comes to these things, but this small business now has my heart haha.

I needed to get my car inspection and oil change. Chris was super accommodating, good prices, and great service! People have to understand that all these shops are super busy! A lot of workers are fighting to go back to work because, they are collecting the stimulus unemployment. I think that we all must have a little patience in these times 🙏Ty Chris !

My husband and I both had our oil changed within a couple of months of each other. Both oil changes were promised to last for 5000 miles. Both of them lasted less than half that. Despite going into let them know something was wrong, we left with nothing to report except a bad attitude on the part of the staff. A word to the wise, if you have a good mechanic like we do, don't choose what we thought might be convenience over reliability. The lesson is always the same, loyalty to good service is cheaper and easier than going on a fast ride down a short road. Never again.

Went there for the first time today for an oil change. The price was exactly as advertised on the sign, and they even checked my tires, topped them off, and refilled my other fluids, for no extra cost. Friendly, affordable, and fast. Whole thing took about 10 minutes.

Although Chris Is very respectful, I do not recommend his services. I found the business to be in what seems like a money scheme. I felt pressured to get more work done than needed and they fixed everything but the initial issue. Instead of notifying me that the job couldn’t be done or that he didn’t have the proper knowledge, he continued to repair other things and run the price up. Overall after getting 900 dollars from me, my car’s initial problem was never fixed. I brought a second car to him thinking he’ll do a better job but my truck just sat there for two weeks, he always says he’ll give u a call then seems to get distracted. I’m now picking up my truck which haven’t been touched in two weeks and he’s just notifying me that he’s not able to do the job because he doesn’t have the knowledge. 1 out of 10 Car repair experience .

I've been here a few times to get oil changes and inspections done on a couple of my vehicles. Always thought they seemed trustworthy until This last visit it definitely seems like they try to squeeze more money out of you then is necessary. Last time I was there to get an inspection he said I needed a Right front lower ball joint this time he's telling me the whole control arm needs to Be replaced. Amongst other things it just seemed like the guy didn't want to be bothered and is just trying to get More money.

I would NEVER take our vehicles to anyone other than the boys at this shop. They go so above and beyond and the loyalty to their customers is absolutely outstanding. I don’t think I’ve ever cared so much about writing a review and hoping people would see it until now- my husband Chuck is a frequent flyer there and has been for years, well today I got to see for myself. I need a new car and NOW! Mine will no longer go into reverse- it needs a new transfer case. Well the vehicle is old, and although my mom put 3 grand in it- a simple slip on ice messed everything up. It was a great car. Guess who knew what what was wrong right away? THESE GUYS! I can’t say enough that they are honest and loyal; everything you want and need in a mechanic to make sure your vehicle stays running SAFELY!

This is one of the most amazing shops I think I've ever been to. I'm hesitant to trust most mechanic shops because I'm a female. Chris not only took care of my oil change super fast but he noticed my serpentine belt was squealing from a few months ago when I had watched YouTube to work on my own vehicle. I'm not a mechanic but I had done the best I can. Chris and his handsome coworker (I did not get his name) took their personal time to get my alternator bolts put in correctly and literally repaired my car so I could drive back to Ohio safely. The price for the oil change was excellent and he really took such good care of me I still feel guilty for receiving such kindness without it breaking the bank. All I can say is God blessed me today with these beautiful men and I highly recommend, if your looking for a reliable, honest shop with pleasant kind souls, go to laser lube in Scranton, PA.v

I took my truck for him to put a part on the front end and he found and sent pictures of another major part he found that needed replacing. He called me and he did the work. They were quick the job was done communication was excellent. Highly recommended
