They are now like family. I trust them, which is my main importance. Took me a while to find a mechanic shop here in GA. Tried the dealership, then a few other shops, but I was so disappointed.

Lee replaced my struts and axles at a fair price. It took several days but was done right. I highly recommend this shop. 5 Stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Been going to him since 2017. A girl needs a reliable male who will tell the truth. I feel safe coming to him. Plus the blessing he writes on my sticker after an oil change. I know God riding with me

I am very unhappy with the service I was provided, by lee's Elite Auto in this pass week. Unless your willing to take the owners word and pay TWICE for the same labor I would AVOID AT ALL COST. My car was having hesitation problems last week so I checked the code and it said Cylinder #05 misfire so I bring it to Lee Elite Auto. He told me it was Cylinder #05 and that I needed either an ignition coil and or a spark plug. I told him I would get the parts because his price for parts and prices in the area are extremely high compared to online. I asked him due to my vehicle having the cylinder #01, #03, & #05 all under the intake manifold so more labor is involved, if i should get all 3 ignition coils he told me NO just change the one that giving you the issues. So I took his advice and only got 1 ignition coil but got a full set of spark plugs and dropped my car off on Jan 16th. He had my car all day and I got it back that evening and drove it home. Parked it for two days on Fri. Jan 19th as soon as get out the parking lot that morning I get another check engine light. I check the code misfire cylinder #01. I took it back to Lee's to let him know the issue. He just asked me when are you going to get the parts and when can we schedule for repair. I told him i can order the parts and have them Tuesday Jan 23rd, i can bring him the SUV on Weds the 24th. I asked him what about the price for labor he said we will work it out. I picked up my car today in less then a week, Lee's Elite has charged me $284 the first time and $142 the second time. When I stated to him I have to pay twice for taking your advice on what parts to get when I asked in advance, his comment was if you would of bought the parts from me I would of guaranteed it. As a long time repeat customer and trusting his WORD I had to pay extra in labor he lost a loyal customer.

Our vehicle was in need of service as it has been a few years. I asked Bryan to serice the vehicle, sparkplugs, air & cabin filters, belts, hoses and advise if anything else is needed. Well the belts were replaced to include the timing belt and now the motor mount is no longer any good. Well it would have made sense to change the water pump & motor mount while replacing the timing belt, yet he did not do it or recommend it therefore I have to pay for the labor again when he was replacing the timing belt. Secondly the battery terminals clearly needed to be cleaned yet he did not mention. Thirdly, when I asked him for the cost for the service he gave me the total cost of almost $1,200 but did not mention that $250 was for disposing of merchandise, I would have disposed of myself and did not authorize that charge. I believe he was not honest, and transparent and considerate of my need as the customer when he could have replaced the motor mount while already working on the engine and saved me additionally labor costs as it is not uncommon for the motor mount to come apart when changing the timing belt. Additionally the A/C was working well before we took the vehicle to him and was recently serviced, but it was suddenly not working and not blowing any cold air after we took the vehicle to him. Sad thing is I woulld have been a long time customer had he been honest, and showed consideration. Don't do business with people if you cannot trust them and take an interest in you as we took the time to give his business a chance regrettably.

Lees Elite Auto is the best place to take your car for repairs. The owner is a person of integrity and he cares about his customers! Mechanics know what they're doing. I had taken my car to several dealerships and mechanics before finally finding Lee's Elite auto. He fixed what they couldn't. I've been a customer since and that's been over ten years!

Things didn't go well. Got my engine replaced. Took several weeks to get it done. Was told 1 week to do the work. After receiving the the car back. The engine made ticking and a scraping sound came from when the engine and transmission connected. I have alpt of respect for the person who referred him and Mr Lee himself. But every plastic needed to be place after the engine change. He just stuck the broken parts back on the engine

Mr. Lee and crew are true professionals at their craft. I've always been advised correctly with 100% honesty. I feel like my limited budget has been very well respected. The quality of work is top notch. I advise to call/drop by to set a service appointment. I had a 2pm appointment today and Mr. Lee was there to greet me at 2pm. If I could leave 10 stars I would. Thank you kindly Mr. Lee

I recently brought my vehicle in for a checkup because it was overheating. The owner informed me that I required a new radiator. However, upon consulting with my regular mechanic, who resides out of town, significant discrepancies arose regarding the estimated costs. Mr. Lee provided a quotation exceeding $700 for a radiator priced at approximately $99, along with two bottles of coolant, which I calculated to be less than $40. The remainder of the estimate appeared to reflect labor costs of around $600, as indicated by my mechanic. My mechanic expressed concern over the inflated estimate and questioned Mr. Lee about his practices, particularly regarding his treatment of female customers. Following this exchange, Mr. Lee became noticeably quiet, and my mechanic assured him that I would be retrieving my vehicle the following day. When I arrived at the agreed-upon time, Mr. Lee was absent. I also had a case of oil for an oil change, which he had quoted at $20, including a filter that I did not possess. However, he had not completed the oil change, suggesting he was unwilling to confront me regarding his previous conduct. I advise others, particularly women, to exercise caution in similar situations. I initially believed Mr. Lee to be a reputable individual, but I now recognize the importance of vigilance. Fortunately, I found another mechanic nearby who completed the necessary work for $220 and returned my vehicle within an hour. The task of removing the radiator from a RAV4 proved to be straightforward, and had I possessed the appropriate tools, I could have accomplished it myself. Best regards, Ms. Lee. I urge Mr. Lee to reconsider his approach in dealing with female clients. #messedwiththeWRONG1Sir

Fast and easy. Cluttered lot. Not a lot of talking, pull in pull out. $19. Only one bay operating. Some near places are $15. They were open day after Thanksgiving which I appreciate.

Took my vehicle in November was there at 8 am a directed on a Friday morning. I work as a caregiver and visits with foster families, it's a must I have my vehicle for work, taking a lyft is not as option as I cannot afford it either. I repeatedly explained all of this to him. I missed work Friday, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, therfore, no pay, as well as I was written up. Really set me back badly missing those days of work. My bill was $2200. The oil leak was $1000 of the bill, took my car for a for a full diagnostic in January to another place and was told my car is bone dry of oil. Mr. Lee tells me the problem he fixed in November was was external now it has an internal leak that he was unawareof in November. He was also replacing a driveshaft recently, well turns out the driveshaft that I supplied was too short. Why he did not measure before taking mine off I don't understand, however, I offered to pay half of the labor he refused. I take issue because he had absolutely no respect for my money, my time, nor my missed time at work, but he wanted his money. I should have learned my lesson in November.
