Do not use this company! I used them for a starter. It worked for one day, then wouldn’t start. They then claimed that the part THEY purchased was bad and would need to be replaced for an additional cost. Since then I’ve tried to communicate with them to no avail. I received a text after texting them about my dissatisfaction and they said someone would come to pick up the part today and that didn’t happen, no communication from them at all. I had to get a ride to go to the address listed on the website and the place was empty. Another mechanic at a nearby shop told me I was the third disgruntled customer to come looking for them in the last week. Do yourself a favor, avoid getting scammed out of $450 like I did!

Thank you for the “A1customer service when I first called .. spoke with Keith and he immediately introduced himself and the business and ask me important questions about what I needed with a familiar tone-like speaking to a family/ friend. He sent one of his top specialists Mr Lee, he was very detailed on what was wrong with my car and if he could fix it -even in the rain

Keith, with 30 years of experience, should know how to assess rust before touching a vehicle. I was upfront when asked about rust—yet your tech only noticed it after breaking the bolt. That’s negligence.As for the refund—your claim is false. I had to call you multiple times before you even acknowledged it. If you refunded me instantly, why did I have to chase you down for proof?
You blame me for your lack of communication and failure to inspect properly. Instead of taking responsibility, you throw insults—language barrier? Disagreeable? Impatient? That speaks volumes about your professionalism.A real expert would own their mistake—not deflect and disrespect their customers.

Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Dishonest – Avoid This Business
I had an extremely frustrating experience with Mobile Vehicle Mechanics, LLC when trying to replace the rear shocks on my 2011 Honda Civic.
January 23 – First Appointment
I scheduled an appointment from 2:30 PM to 4:30 PM, but the tech, Gerald, arrived two hours late at 4:30 PM. He struggled to remove the bolts and ultimately broke the bolt head. He then called his manager, Keith, who told him to return the next day with welding tools.
When I called Keith, instead of taking responsibility, he blamed me, saying my car was rusted and I should have informed them. Excuse me? I provided the make and model of my car. A 13-year-old car will naturally have wear and tear—should I have a showroom-condition vehicle for you to do your job?
Despite the incomplete job and damage, Keith demanded payment just because the tech showed up. Trusting him, I paid—only to be left with a broken car.
January 24 – No Show, More Excuses
I was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but no one arrived. Calls went unanswered until 10:30 AM, when Valleri called and said the tech would be there by 11:30 AM. When I mentioned respecting appointment times, she rudely said I should be "mindful of the weather"—even though they knew the forecast before scheduling!
At 12:00 PM, still no tech. Keith finally answered at 12:07 PM, claiming the tech was getting welding tools. By 1:45 PM—still nothing. I called at 2:00 PM—no answer.
Finally, at 2:50 PM, Keith admitted he had "no clue" where the tech was and said he would refund me in 10 minutes if they didn’t arrive. I said I wanted my car fixed, not my money back. His response?
"I have high blood pressure, I’m out of this. My supervisor will call."
He told me not to call him again.
No supervisor ever called.
Final Outcome – Car Still Broken
At this point, I had no choice but to demand a refund. Even that required multiple calls and chasing them down. They finally refunded me, but my car is still broken because of them. Because of their delays, I also had to cancel my sick child’s doctor appointment.
Keith’s False Claims in His Response
Rust Blame: A mechanic with 30 years of experience should know how to assess rust before breaking bolts.
Refund Lies: If you refunded me instantly, why did I have to call you multiple times for proof?
Unprofessional Attitude: Instead of owning your mistake, you insult me and blame a "language barrier." That says everything about your professionalism.
Final Thoughts – DO NOT HIRE THEM
Unreliable & Unprofessional – Constant delays, missed appointments, and empty promises.
Zero Accountability – They broke the bolt, blamed me, then ran from responsibility.
Terrible Customer Service – Calls ignored, excuses made, no follow-through.
🚨 If you care about your time and money, AVOID Mobile Vehicle Mechanics, LLC. 🚨

Hey I recently visited Georgia and my car broke down.. I was in desperate need of a mechanic,I’m originally from Mississippi and we don’t have Mobil mechanics here. However I called Mobile mechanics and Mr. Keith squeezed me in and sent a mechanic and saved my life because I was stuck…,,,So shoutout to Keith and mobile mechanics for coming through and fixing my car… I give them a 10/10 . I’m convinced I’ve been scammed at this point. Someone referred me to this company last week. The mechanic who came out charged me to do something that was not even the issue. he did was a reset that just makes the lights on your dash disappear and that’s it. The problem I’ve found out is actually from a leak.
Reached out to the mechanic and he has stood me up TWICE since he already has my money from the first visit, with no communication. Now that I’ve called the company back multiple times, I get no answer at all, no responses to voicemails, and the person that referred me is also MIA. This needs to be resolved immediately. This has been ongoing for over a week now.

I would recommend this company. The mechanic showed up immediately after confirming the appointment. He was polite, professional and Valerie as well. The manager Keith was patient with me each time I called with a question, I appreciate all you. I would like to say it took the mechanic less than 1hour to put my brakes and rotters on and he was very knowledgeable as well. The repair was done so fast the labor charge could have been a little cheaper but overall professional quality service.
If this kind of quality service continues I will definitely be a long term customer and my family as well. God Bless!
