We had great service from the 2105 South Redwood Road Les Schwab tire shop. In the middle of multiple snow storms, a tire came off a wheel on the large tractor that we use to keep our 1300 foot long driveway cleared. We are at 7000 feet elevation. Without being able to use the tractor to remove snow, we are totally stuck. Julian was very helpful in scheduling so that the problem was fixed quickly. He knows what needs to be done and makes it happen. He is also great to work with. Two technicians, Luis and Min, did the repair and made sure that the tractor was back into working condition. They were both very skilled, efficient, helpful, and pleasant. We highly recommend this shop for their excellent service. Lost and forgotten about!!!! Poor customer service. a lack of follow up. poor communication! not good. not good at all. I came in for one tire. I have had great experience with tires which is why I rated a 2. I went to Les Schwab end of November for an oil change because my mechanic was on vacation. This was my first time using them for anything other than tires. Unfortunately, my van now leaks oil, never leaked oil before. A week after the oil change, the change oil light came on. The light has never come back on right after a fresh oil change before which tells me something is wrong from that oil change. I will not go back to a tire shop for an oil change. I will now have to pay my mechanic to check the new oil leak. Extremely disappointing. Great for tires in my experience, not for a basic oil change.★★☆☆☆ a month ago
