I purchased a used vehicle from Lexus of Cerritos. After a day, or so, I found an issue with the vehicle that needed to be resolved. I was assigned Lara as my service advisor and couldn't of been happier with her professionalism, friendly demeanor and prompt resolve of the issue.. I would highly recommend Lexus of Cerritos and Lara.

I’ve always have had a great an experience with Lara Nelsen until recently. One they don’t offer shuttle over 5miles where it’s incredibly inconvenient if your over and they don’t give you a loaner. I made an appt with a loaner and I was told I would get one to get here they told me they cannot give me one. I noticed that after my car hit a certain mileage or out of warranty they don’t provide you with loaners anymore. I will change my advisor next time or change the dealer where I service my car over all.

It was a mistake to take the car in on a Saturday. Even though I had an appointment at 8:40 and was there by 8:30 I didn’t get out until almost noon!! And I didn’t even need an oil change. It was a 5000 mile check as the car is just 6 months old. I opted to wait for it thinking it wouldn’t take long to check it over and rotate the tires but….it took forever. My service rep Sharon was very kind and considerate. Not much he could do to get the car any sooner. It seems they would prioritize this who are waiting especially when it was such a quick service that was necessary.

She provided an informative review of my car condition and no unnecessary haggling to trying to overcharge customers. I was very impressed of the video sent to my phone from the mechanic as he describes step by step of my car condition.

The required service was done quickly and convenience. It was so simple when I set up the appointment with the service representative and I brought the car in then walked to lLberty park nearby for my daily exercise. I received the text from Anaus said the car is ready for pick up. It took few minutes walking to lexus Cerritos from the park. I came to see Anaus again, she even gave me a bottle of water when she saw me probably dehydrated from walking exercise. Just signed for my paper work and gave it to one of the technician. He brought the car out for me but I was impressed that the car was washed and vacuum so clean on the interior. This service was beyond my expectations. Thank you for all good and extra service that Lexus Cerritos did it again and I love to come back again for any service in the future.

I had a great experience getting my NX serviced at Lexus of Cerritos. They made it very easy to schedule online, and although the Saturday morning service rush initially looked overwhelming, there was a young lady there directing the cars and porters to make sure the drop offs ran smoothly, which it did. I just wish I got her name, so she can be recognized also... Once it was my turn, my service advisor, Sharon Mathew greeted me on time for my appointment, and guided me to his desk, while he went to my car to complete the check in process. It’s been well over 15 years since joining the Lexus family again, and it didn’t disappoint. I specifically took my previous 2 Lexuses to Lexus of Cerritos, because the service I received with a previous Service Advisor was top notch. And although that person is no longer there, I can honestly say I received that same type of service I was expecting, with Sharon. I appreciated him taking his time answering all my questions and discussing specific things with my NX. Especially the expected timeline until completion. Communication was constant, accurate, and with fast replies. I also enjoyed the video that was sent of my car being serviced by the technician, explaining what was being done and what was left to be done. Overall what a great experience there. And even though no one likes having to pay to get their car serviced, why not do it at a place where you are valued as a customer. Thanks again Sharon!

I had an appointment to get routine maintenance on my car as well as to get a recall fixed. As soon as I pulled into the service area, I was greeted by a staff member and the process began. I was one of the later appointments so it wasn't a guarantee that I'd be able to get my recall fixed but they were able to do everything and I was out of there in no time. I love the service at Lexus Cerritos.

I showed up at this service department for the first time for a 10:20 AM appointment. I was told over the phone that I would be able to receive a loaner vehicle, but when I arrived at my appointment, I was instead told that they were no longer available. Understandable since scheduling is done at a call center, no big deal. My service was a tire rotation, vehicle inspection, and fluid top off, nothing crazy. I was initially quoted ~1-1.5 hours for my appointment in and out, and even denied the car wash, so I would not be stuck at the service department all day. 2 hours had gone by, and I had not heard a single word from Amanda. I finally got up to talk with her, and that is when she finally contacted the tech working on my car. ~3 hour wait with an appointment for a tire rotation is unprofessional.

I came in for a test drive with Lee, and I swore I wasn’t gonna leave with a car… but I did! Lee was very attentive and patient with all my questions and concerns. I tend to be indecisive. Lee was informative and provided me with options for purchase and/or lease. I am 1000% satisfied with my trade in and lease. This was a very relaxing visit. No hassle, no waste of time, just a calming ambiance, snacks, and drinks. I was guided into the service bay and greeted upon my exit. I forgot the name of the advisor I was supposed to meet with so I slowed down the process for myself. While i was waiting for the advisor to come invite me into their office, I asked some of the workers in the service bay about the difference from a 150 point inspection to a complete diagnostic. I was glad to find out a 150 point inspection (what they call a pit stop) is completely free. I worked with an advisor who explained everything about the service experience. I spend a little over an hour doing some of my own work online while drinking the complementary coffee and partaking in the chips they have available. I was able to ask about other services I'm interested to have done in the future, like tinting my windows.

The facility was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed whether you want to relax or get some work done while waiting. A special thank you to Sal, my service advisor, who made the entire process seamless. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and kept everything moving smoothly from start to finish. Although the waiting area was so comfortable that staying would have been easy, I ended up taking a loaner vehicle, which was brand new, spotless, and ready to go. Every member of the staff I encountered was warm, attentive, and professional, which made the entire visit feel effortless.
