Was told to go here from insurance company. The person said they had to order parts. One month later, not only did they did not order parts they said they will not work on my car because it is not the type they work on. I have a volt. Very unprofessional, I am also going question why the insurance company sent me there

I had some damage to the hood of my car from rocks flying up on the highway. They cleaned everything, the inside, the windows, the mirrors, the windshield, the entire car just to repaint the hood section. My car looks brand new and its all thanks to Ken and his team. Thanks guys!

I wasn't happy with Cerritos Collision. I took my car in to get an estimate and when they called me to let me know how much it be I told them I would take it somewhere else for another quote and they told me I couldn't because they had taken my car apart so if they put it back together I would be charged around $250. That's BS.They NEVER told me that before I left it for the estimate plus they are a rip off for what I had done. Will I go to them again? Not if I don't have to

I was rear ended in my car and had them assess the damage. There wasn't much visible, but I wanted to be sure there wasn't internal damage to the bumper. They didn't detect anything wrong other than a few very minor external scratches. After assessing the situation, they didn't charge me, even though I had no body work done there. The two staff members I encountered were professional, friendly, and helpful.

Careful what documents you sign. My insurance company, Mercury Insurance, towed my mom's vehicle to the Cerritos Collision Center for an estimate but Cerritos Collision Center refused to provide an estimate without signing a form that states, "I understand my car will be driven by your employees to make required tests at my risk." What? They want the customer to take on the liability of their employees driving your vehicle? That's crazy right? Complete strangers working at Cerritos Collision will drive my mom's car and she's resposible if they get into an accident? I don't think so. I'll have the vehicle taken to a different body shop and I would recommend you do the same.

The shop recently repaired my vehicle, and this is my experience: The good: Customer service at drop off was easy and headache free. They kept me informed twice a week about progress via text. The bad: Apart from the young lady sitting right next to the coffee area, the rest of the employees are not customer service oriented nor friendly. The ugly; Picked up my car and keys were handed over and payment taken. I actually expected a summary and joint inspection of the repairs to at least make me feel all was good. Their customer service skills need a lot of work, and they should be trained on how to communicate more effectively at least at the time of delivery. Once I inspected the work, I noticed they left the interior door dirty and dusty... I truly expected more from a place of this caliber and reputation, but I guess those days are over! I rate this place 3 stars because of the poor customer service skills.

A appointment was made to get my car fixed here after waiting 2 weeks to get a appointment they claimed I never made a appointment even though the claim adjuster set everything up . After getting the quote from the insurance I was called and informed all details I noticed a item was not on the list to replaced so the adjuster asked me to call and asked them to add item then send a supplement bill . So I called a the rude lady that answered stated I had to pick up my car and that they won’t touch it for at least 2 weeks . She still claims no appointment was made . After telling her a appointment was made she got a attitude and said I could take my care elsewhere . That’s what I did. And the new place the staff was professional but that’s for another review . I can’t believe the owner of Cerritos Nissan would allow his workers to treat customers the way I was treated . I took my car for service there but as of today I will never ever step foot in that place. They lost a loyal customer .

I have used their services twice in the last two years. 2012 - Early August a drunk driver rear ended my 2011 Altima. I dropped off the car on August 6 and it was ready for pick up on August 21st first thing in the morning. They did an amzing job. Can't even tell the difference between a new on the lot vehicle and my car. They texted me, emailed me and call me at every step of the way. If something was delayed, they would communicate with the insurance company and notify me about it. Excellent service Jesse. 2011 - Around April of 2011, I rear ended another car that made a sudden stop on the street with my then 2008 Altima. My car was ready within two weeks. However, there was some misscomunication between the insurance company, the body shop, and me. The insurance wanted to charge me for the additional 2 days of rental when it was the body shop's mistake for not writing down the right date I was notified of the car being ready. Overall, I would definitely use them again. I didn't give them a 5 star review because of my first experience with them back in 2011. Besides that, excellent service and great quality work.
