It’s been a journey since I purchased my vehicle back in March 2021. Jason is the go to person too count on. We had a few rough patches we ran into through out the months with my purchase of buying a jeep, it was hell I tell you. But Jason kept his good spirits and kept me up to date every step of the way. We scheduled our 2018 cx-5 (purchased used August 2021) for a 5000 mile check-up. We were taken promptly and courteously at our scheduled appointment time. We were told in advance that the service would take approximately 2 hours but they would send us a short video when the work was half completed. True to their word we received the video. When we returned to Liberty Mazda to pick up our car, Jason( service manager) had the paperwork , and our keys ready to go. He even ran our car through the car wash. All in all a great experience...both thorough and professional. This was the 1st of two pre-paid visits we received when we bought the car in August. Would definitely recommend.

I bought my car from this dealership in 2016 and have been bringing it in regularly for service since then. Every service advisor I have worked with over the past 7 years has been extremely pleasant, never pushy, and offer detailed explanations if they recommend further service or if they think those items can wait. In my personal experience, it is rare to find these positive qualities so consistently, if at all, in a service department so am grateful to have found them!!

My mazda cx-30 wouldn’t start and I was stuck at a hiking trail in middlesex. I called and the staff was very unhelpful. I was looking for help, but all he told me was “our service department is closed today…. I don’t know what to do. (It’s not my job)….get your car tolled” I then called again asking specifically, if I cannot push the button to start the car, what can I do? The customer service transferred me to Sales, which didn’t answer my call after several minutes of wait. So my whole experience was horrible and do mot not feel helped or supported. Eventually I solved my problem because of lucky help from stranger to jump start my car — why was this not a suggestion from the staff? The staff that answered my call was inexperienced. It was apparent that all he cares about is protect himself from trouble and doesn’t care about helping the customer. I purchased the car from liberty mazda in Feb 2023. I left a good review then. But now my impression changed.

I don't frequently leave negative reviews so needless to say I'm fairly irate with my current experience. Previously I enjoyed the attention and service provided, but I've now been trying to get a call back from my service rep for TWO WEEKS. I've left at least 5 messages to no avail. I'm not interested in excuses. I have received 2 text messages after a week, but then another abrupt lack of communication in the middle of starting the discussion regarding my needs for my CX-90. This lack of client consideration is infuriating.
