Had a 20,000 mile service on July 8. Absolutely superior service advisor, Ski, took care of everything. Car was complete in a normal amount of time,the waiting area and coffee are super, people walking by actually say hello and look happy. This my second RX350 and hopefully in the future there is another after this lease is up. Want to make another observation, while waiting for the car to be pulled up, I met “Paully”( not sure of the spelling) we had a wonderful conversation, about many things. The character of this man came out, as a dedicated employee, that wanted to do the best job for the customer and yet meeting the goals of the dealership. This is getting long but I hope the managers realize what a great person and employee he is.

Customer service was amazing ! They kept me in the loop every step of the way when it came to the status of the repairs ! The rep I worked with was David and he's an amazing guy to work with. With all these wonderful comments I wouldn't give them higher than a 2 star because they returned my vehicle with the accident repairs fixed to perfection except the fact that they DAMAGED my roughly $2k JL Audio W7 subwoofer in my trunk. Then they had the audacity to say that I brought this subwoofer damaged from the getgo - false accusations (i have before and after pics) - even after me agreeing to have them pay me less than half of the original cost, 3 weeks later I still haven't received compensation for the damages. I'm saying all this to say, great work on the repairs but they can be a bit clumsy

My service consultant is excellent and trustable. However, the prices in this service center have increased so much that is not worth to came back. There are many and good options for servicing a Lexus vehicle. I have brought my vehicles for more than 12 years but now I’m extremely disappointed of how much they are charging to customers—. inflation in U.S. is not 100%.

Love Lindsay Lexus Service, but the star of the show is really Tammy Simone who not only takes incredible care of my car, but goes the extra mile to take care of her customers with her compassion and spectacular heart. I have been with her for more than 10 years and every interaction is warm and caring. She is simply extraordinary. If I could give her 10 stars, I would. She is the best.

Would NOT recommend coming here for maintenance or repair. Service was very slow and not great. They had me wait over 3 hours for a tire rotation + a visual inspection (I arrived on time for my appointment). No heads up about the wait time. My representative, Tammy, didn't apologize for or even acknowledge the 3-hour wait, even after I asked for an update about 2 hours in. The employees were otherwise professional, though they were certainly not warm/friendly. I was charged almost $100 for the tire rotation -- which was expected but annoying given the wait time. The complimentary car wash was done quite casually and didn't really clean the exterior. In fact, one of their mechanics left a large red stain on the inside of the driver's door that I had to wipe away using an interior cleaner.

I’m a frequent customer at Lindsay Service Center. I’d like to express my gratitude for the service that I received on my LS460 Lexus. I had the pleasure of working with Ms Tammy Lynn as my service writer. Meanwhile,I received prompt and courteous same day service for front brakes . The Lexus service technician was very professional,too. Great place to take your vehicle!!!🙂

Great service, great staff. Waiting area is very comfortable with coffee, soda and cappuccino machines as well as ice tea. TV's, free wifi. One of the better service centers I have been too. The staff though makes this place great, so friendly and helpful.

I had the first 5k maintenance I actually faced bad experience I washed my car before I came to the services it costed me 50$ and when I picked up the car they had oil fingers printed inside and outside the car. I asked my service supervisor he just said I’m sorry we don’t have car wash, but at least clean up the oil and the dirtiest but they ignored me. My advice for all of you don’t go when your car is clean.

These folks can't be trusted. I took my car in for an oil change at the beginning of July. They gave me a short list of things that needed to be maintained or fixed, that I looked at and decided to wait because I was going out of the country for a few weeks and wanted to focus on that. I get back and take my car to get the "battery service" and get the positive terminal replaced because of corrosion. I'd driven the car maybe 100 miles between the beginning of July and the beginning of August. I ask what the $80 battery service is exactly - the service advisor tells me "we clean the battery off and put some gel on the posts to make the connection better. I was like the $2 gel they sell at auto zone and a brush off with a wire brush??? I decided to go with it because I was already there and I didn't want to be bothered. AFTER WAITING TWO HOURS, I get a call that they don't have the terminal end despite their inventory showing it as available, and now I need a new battery. They quoted me $250 for a battery. I took my car and left. Called the Silver Spring Lexus dealer - both the terminal and the battery were cheaper, and they offer a discount for Costco members. I went and got the parts and did the work myself. Wont be back, and if I were you - I wouldnt waste my time

The most beautiful new building with the worst customer service. I’ve paid $120k for Lexus LX600 last year and its exterior plastic has been melting. They made me sit here for 2 and a half hours so that they can manage to take that one photo and order the part. Imagine taking a photo of a window in 2.5 hours; neither talking or answering their texts - such a mess in such a beautiful building!!!!

I've been coming to Lindsay for the last 5 years and service has gone down since then. The most recent experience I had is I got my car serviced only to get it back with a new issue created during the original service. Called and explained to them the new issue 3 days after getting the car back after being serviced and low and behold there are no appointments or loaners available. But of course I can bring it in and wait for hours (regardless of any other appointments I may have) or I can wait 2 weeks and bring it back.

Mr. Le Nguyen was very impolite and unprofessional as a service consultant. I scheduled my appointment through the Lexus app, but the final invoice at the dealership was higher than the quoted price. When I asked for an explanation, he was unwilling to clearly address my questions. The price difference itself was not a major issue. However, Mr. Nguyen’s attitude made the experience uncomfortable. He did not handle my concerns appropriately, and his lack of communication was disappointing. At the end of the visit, I still expressed appreciation for the service provided to my vehicle, but he did not respond. I value professional and respectful customer service, especially from a luxury brand. I hope this matter can be reviewed to ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
